That's a big part of your problem right there. But you already know that so i wont harp on you. Adjust your dose to 25mg ED for 72hours then back to 12.5mg ED. On the 4-5th day you should see a difference. I did exactly what i just advised and it worked for me.

thx mickey, im right on it! i do feel the aro's not bunk, couse i always get really oily skin with high estro levels, and i got it and started using the aro and it went away. my nipples are fine, and everything besides the pms thing is great. hopefully ur trick will help me get back to my normal self. im happy and everything, but this emotion thingy is really uncomfortable
