Test p/parabolan - cycle and fat gain
Hello guys i'm new here and i have some question about my current cycle.
I'm 22 - 5'11 173.8 lbs at the moment 3 weeks ago i started a cycle that looks like this:
Test P - 100 mg EOD
Parabolan - 100 mg every third day
Stanazolol - 50 mg ED
Clenbuterol - 0.10 mg ED
In the first week i also injectet 4 amp omnadren .
The gain is solid about 17 lbs but there is also a lot of water and fat gain i the stomach and lower back , my diet is keto
about 3500 cal/day.For the next 3 weeks i am going down to 2500-2900 cal and ading about 30 minutes cardio per day and 100 mg masteron EOD, and Oxy elite pro.
My question is simple what more can i do to take off the water and fat while keeping max muscle gain , i was thinking about 50 mg proviron per day or maybe t-3 my end goal for the cycle is about 165 lbs lean.Or is the problem the big cal intake?

Not trying to bash man but I would not have started gear if I were you. Is this your first cycle? That's a lot of compounds.. Diet and cardio is where your focus should be. The gear can come in later down the road but for now you should research an stay away from it. At 22 you're also risking your endo system not functioning properly after this.

OK I will TRY to be nice. What makes you think you were even close to being ready to cycle?
Stop your cycle. Do a PCT.
Now try working out for a good solid 2-3 years with a decent diet.
Everyone is looking for a shortcut. Well this isn't it and you could end up paying the price for a long time.

I know i have been working out sinse i was 18 ehen started i was 240 25-30 % BF i have a very bad metabolism and it is vey hard to gain muscle. It is my third cycle.

I have no medical issue its just bad genetics ,i am very prone to gain fat and no muscle everyone in my family is that way its nature so what can you do.Carbs don't work well for me even potatoes and oats. So i think that keto is the way to go.

Sorry but I find this all very hard to believe. 3rd cycle? STOP because you are doing a lot of things wrong.
The picture with the hat you look like you have never been in a gym. That is after 2nd cycle, right? 2nd set of pictures without had is now during cycle where you only gain fat/water, right?
With a good diet and good training you are at least 2 years away from being ready to cycle. If you have a bad metabolism then it means you need to figure out what kind of diet works best for you, not taking aas.
You think by adding more compounds will fix things? Couldn't be more wrong. Personally I dont believe it or at least hope it's not true otherwise there is probably no getting through to you since you have already gone this far and continuing down the same failed path.Last edited by lovbyts; 04-01-2013 at 02:57 AM.

Daily about:
500-800 grams of chicken,beef fish or pork.
500-700 grams of cottage cheese
200-400 gr of normal cheese
5-8 eggs
500-1000 mls whole milk
nuts
youghurt
some times but not too often chocolate
I dnik coffe nad grean tea
I supplement with whey prot , creatine mono and arginine.

Your kidding man!! This is hands down not only the worst, but also the funniest diet I've ever heard of. Ever here of a vegetable?!! Also, you are going nowhere without some kind of carb source. Oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice!!! Get used to it!! You say you get fat on carbs...DROP THE CHOCOLATE AND THE HALF KILO OF CHEESE DUDE!!! The reason your fat is because your eating too much....FAT!!! You need to go directly to the diet section and get your $hit together!!! Meanwhile, stop taking AAS, especially Tren wait, especially all of it!!! You are just about to ruin your sex life permanently with less than a snowflakes chance in hell of achieving any sort of result. I mean ZERO chance. This is your THIRD cycle?!!! Now for the real deal...
I know you probably don't want to hear this, but AAS is for growing, not shrinking, which is what it sounds like your trying to do. As far as eating well, this is probably the one phrase that keeps people from having the cut, muscular body they're envisioning. You not only need to eat the right foods, but you need to eat the right amounts, the right combinations and at the right time. Google Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). After that Google TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). Open an account at www.fitday.com (this is VERY important in your case) then go to the diet section of this forum and figure out how much of each macro nutrient you need, how to pair them and when (partitioning) and when to eat them to do what it is your wanting to do. The one secret thing that every guy and girl with what you think is the perfect physique is taking isn't a drug or a supplement, it's an absolutely accurate account of every single fvcking thing that goes into their mouth.
Good luck and pay attention to this!!!

OP, visit the nutrition section for some help with your diet.If the age doesn't concern you, then you should stop at lease because you're wasting money. Food is how you grow.

OMG, I was 2 x u without aas, before I started my FIRST CYCLE with TEST ONLY at the AGE OF 24 with %10 bf...
I sometimes still think that I may have achieved more naturally and may have started my golden cycle a little later;
BUT THIS IS YOUR 3rd CYCLE!!!

Honestly doesn't look like he got legit gear. Even if it was his one and only cycle you can't tell. Not trying to kick you while your down just being honest. I think you got bunk gear everytime because it looks like uve never even had a protein shake in your life

Dude you should not talk if you dont know me or my life .Because i was born with cerebral palsy up to about 14 it was hard for me to walk and move my left hand but with a lot of will i made leeps and got up , i was fat but i made up my mind and started working out.So i have my mind set on something i will make it happen.I don't want to be pittied and make excuses but im just saing don't talk so extremely i you don't know the person.
I will stop the gear but is there something i can do to get the water out?

Drink more water, less salt intake. It will go away quickly.
Dont expect anyone to know your particular situation unless you have put all the pertinent information out there for us.
Glad to hear you are stopping the gear because your not doing yourself any favors using it at this time.

Do you think that i its all water gain or is there some fat?
How long does it generally take for it to go away.
And as for my situation i don't like to tell bout it because people tend to judge and pitty me.

A good amount is water and will diminish quickly. Depending on what you have been eating will determine how much fat you may have put on. This is a classic "shoot first and ask questions later" scenario that I hope you have learned that you are nowhere ready to begin AAS usage. Be kind to your body and if you want to make positive changes then you need to do some solid research.

no disrespect bro but 4 years solid heavy workout you should gain alot...maybe you are the kind of guy who goes to gym do set and rest for 10 min before doing another.... i see alot like that doing minimum weights and just wasting time,..... whats your workout routine and weights if u can list them
