What should I take
Hey, guys im going to a junior college to play football for a year or two until i can possibly transfer to a different school. I do not a strict diet, but always watch what i eat. Good meats, proteins, fruits, and vegitables. I'm 6'3 and a half 220 and according to the body fat chart pic. Im in the 25-30% range. I have been working out everyday since sophmore year in highschool. I never really seen any gains in size/strength. What am i doing wrong? Should i diet better if so what kind. (I wanna get bigger and stronger) All the help with be appreciated!

This is mostly diet related. Check out the diet sections and post your complete diet. Let the pro's critique it for you.

Like austin said, you're diet and training are lacking.
Easy fix but it takes time. So you need to figure these staples out first and foremost. Without them it's all for not anyway.

Do you guys have any suggestions? A good workout i can follow and a diet. I looked at the bulking diet its just idk how ill be able to fit all that in with school and ect..

The 5x5 is a good routine for strength.
