Cutting cycle advice/Austinite,Mickey.St Pete,and the likes please give me a hand
This will be my second cycle guys.First was test cyp/deca /Mast bulk cycle with great results.Now Im looking to put together a cutting cycle and I keep goin back and forth and cant seem to make a decision.Heres what Im thinking Test Prop 125mgs eod,Injectable Winny 50mgs eod,Anavar at 50mgs for the first week and 75 there after.A-dex at .25 eod and pct is back to trt.You guys know me.IM ccareful with what I do and want to keep things as safe and simple as possible.Here are my concerns and questions.First let me give you guys my curent stats--Weight 219-223lbs...Went from 207 since my bulk cycle.Bf should be around 15-16%...I have been upping the cardio bigtime and my work is also nonstop physical walking.Jut want to be as lean as possible for when I begin next month.Yes I will have udca and liv52 for this cycle.So my concerns are these:This is goin to be a 10 week cycle and I would like to lose the least amount of size possible cause I busted my butt eating and lifting right when I bulked and thereafter.Should I run the Winny for the first 5 weeks and the Var for the last 5? Would this be wise as far as starting to cut up with the winny and then use the var for strength,maintenance and for a cutting/lean bulk type of finish to this cycle? Also been hearing a lot about Winstrol and the drying effects on joints so will do glucosamine on cycle if I decide to go this route.Or should I just do a test prop/var cycle with a hell of a lot of cardio?Help me out guys with dosages and ideas please.I did my last cycle with your blessing and I wanna do the same with this one and yes I am getting bloodwork next week.Complete panels to see where am at before I begin.Thanks in advance

Week 1 to 8 - Test Prop @ 100mg to 125mg EOD
Week 1 to 8 - hCG @ 250iu twice weekly
Week 1 to 8 - A-dex @ 0.25 EOD
Week 3 to 8 - Winny @ 50 ED or VAR @ 70 ED (if winny, start week 4)
Week 1 to 8 - NAC @ 1200mg ED
Week 1 to 8 - Magnesium @ 1000mg every night.
You're not going to be able to do much cardio towards the end of this cycle, so you need to take as much advantage of your cardio ability during the first 4 to 5 weeks.Last edited by austinite; 04-04-2013 at 11:10 PM.

Im inclined to agree and I might just go with the Var and step up to the winstrol on the next cutting cycle.Good call on the NAC.Is this available at any health store? Ive never used it.So no need for UDCA then at all?

lmao..hey thanks pete for jumping on here you and also austinite thanks guys for helping out us responsible users and giving us sound advise.I might go with the test at 150 eod.I like the high test as well.Lets just see how fat the wallet is when the time comes.One more thing guys.Any other supplements like L-carnitine,d aspartic acid,glutamine etc that you recommend?

I'd be very careful where your carbs are coming from. If you do shakes, I say stick with water or egg whites instead of milk. Avoid any carbs from lactose/fructose or dextrose. Read the labels.

haha...I know. I was just telling a friend via PM about this. It's killing me.
Mono is all i use. I but the Vtamin Shoppe's brand. good stuff. I'd use 5gms pre workout but if it bloats you too much, don't. up to you. Watch your sodium. Not table salt, sodium in your food. You probably do already though. Just a friendly reminder.

You got it, buddy. I like my steak bloody as hell. And i really have no idea about that cheesecake for austin but i'm sure it's good as long as DSM doesn't have anything to do w/it. hahahahahahahahahaha......I couldn't resist. I love DSM and he knows it. I just tease. Sounds a little kinky though...

Consider that both Var and Winny, injectable or ingestable must survive 2nd pass through the liver. This is why I would not run them together.
I would stick with the Prop/Var and I like Petes dosage suggestion alot. Remember Var can aid a bit in fat loss as well, that along with the joint pain I feel on Winny makes Var my choice.
