Cycle
So I'm going on my 3rd week of test prop and anavar oral cycle. I've been injecting .5ml Mondays and Thursday. Will it be okay to move up to 1ml? For the oral (anavar) I've been doing 1ml.

For almost 5 months now. I know it's not long enough but I'm ready to build up. It's been hard for me to gain weight and I feel like this is my only option. I'm 5'11" 165lbs. So far I've been feeling great and seeing minimum results from the cycle but great results as well.

You shouldn't be cycling be only 5 months worth of training under your belt, you need to learn how to train correctly and eat to grow because is going to be pointless cycling because you will lose all gains afterwards due to your body not be able to support any new muscle tissue. Big mistake IMHO and my advice stop straight away and head over the training and nutrition sections and learn the basic's of weight training.

I've been working out with a personal trainer that's been telling me what to do at the gym and what to lift, then helps me buy my nutrition. I have alot protein in my meals and shakes. Why won't my body be able to support the new muscle tissue? I plan on doing 1 cycle and then get off. I just needed something to jump start me. So after this cycle I'm done. So should I move up to 1ml?

Your trainer doesn't know what he is talking about putting you on steroids . Going on cycle isn't going to do anything because you don't know how to train correctly or eat right to build new tissue, your shutting down your own test for no reason and you will lose all gains afterwards. You came here for advice from people who know what they are talking about and your just disregarding it. Just come off and stop talking steroids at this stage and learn how to train and eat right because even though you may think you are your not..

My trainer doesn't know I'm on them. I know how to eat right and what foods to eat to help build muscle.

Marcus is right OP. Please listen. There has been some horror stories from people getting "on" too soon without sufficient time training or eating. With the added stregnth and size, it will wreak havoc on your small joints and tendons. Be careful.

I don't think one cycle will hurt me. I hope it will help put some size on. I'm not looking to get huge. I'm not all about that. I workout for about 6 months about year, year and half ago and didn't see anything. So doing a cycle, I hoping to see some results and I don't see y I wouldn't. I'm not gonna stop working out after I get off. I'm gonna keep lifting what i am now, plus more.

I can't believe someone would sell you a cycle. Who ever sold you your stuff is a terrible person who wants your cash, or I guess I should say has your cash. You won't be doing one cycle btw. You'll come off, lose all your gains and some more possibly an you'll be back. Giving your dealer more of your cash. He's got you by the balls now. Unless you actually listen to the guys trying to help you here.

It's impossible to plateau at 5 months maybe 5 years. I trained natural until I was 44 and still SLOWLY progressing.
