rotary cuff
im having pains in my arm when i sleep on it,it limits me on throwing a ball, etc, its a work related injury,,,and has been about 2 months since it happened,,,if it is my rotary cuff ,will it heal by itself to lift what i use to or is that arm limited from now on while bodyduilding?

It all depends...if u have ligament or tendon damage, NO it will not heal on its own, the pain may subside, but it will eventually get worse! Go see your PCP and get a MRI to see if you need surgery, the t
less damage before having surgery the less significant the surgery and recovery is. Yes I have had reconstructive rotory cuff surgery and it was nothing nice, pre surgery being stubborn, I lived with mild to moderate pain for ten yrs until a fall whilst sking and then had no choice my shoulder was UN-useable.

from WebMD:
"The rotator cuff is a group of four tendons and muscles that converge around the top of the humerus, the upper arm bone above the elbow. Together, they form a ''cuff'' that both holds your arm in place and allows it to move in different directions. While your shoulder is one of your most mobile joints, it's also somewhat weak. Too much stress -- or too many fastballs -- can cause partial tears and swelling in the tendons of the rotator cuff. Abrupt stress may even cause one of the tendons to pull away from the bone or tear in the middle of the tendon. Rotator cuff tears are sometimes incorrectly called ''rotary cuff tears.''"
this is VERY common. i have shoulder pain myself dating back to i-don't-know-when. before going the (EXPENSIVE!) MRI/surgery route, i suggest spending 20 bucks on a book on amazon called, "Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff" by Jim Johnson .
the book is really just a long pamphlet, but it gives a few stretches and strengthening exercises for the rotator cuff. the author is a physical therapist and claims that surgery can often be avoided simply by implementing a regular stretching and strengthening program.
i bought the book, and have done the stretching and exercises. it did not work a miracle, but i can say that i did notice a reduction in my shoulder pain.

I injured my left shoulder really seriously doing an overhead press. Couldn't raise my arm over my head for almost a year. I found HGH and low dose of Deca to help recovery. It wasn't a miracle cure, it just seemed to speed up the recovery. Now I've dinged up my right shoulder. I did the same treatment with HGH and Deca. My shoulder still clicks and makes noise but I have most of my motion back and the pain is greatly reduced. I'm not going in for surgery if I can help it.

i would suggest being VERY cautious lifting with an injured shoulder. "no pain, no gain" does not apply to injuries! light, light, light weights until your shoulder heals or you risk further damage to the muscles.
