Cutting and Bulking? crazy story i dont get?
ok everyone i have a situation
i have been lean and cut and i am %5 body fat so im very lean
i have been on test e for abit why im lean. i been cutting and lean for awhile now but i wanted to bulk on some size for winter just to get a little bigger
i have a slow metabolism. on friday i started to bulk and did for 4 days as in brown rice,sweet potato etc i do no my nutrition good so i have no dramas in that area what so ever the ONLYYYY thing i dont get i bulk for 5 days solid and on the 5th day i just didnt take notice but my abs had faded away rapidly in 5 days just from bulking in 5 days which i do not get and my top of my body got so big real quick but my stomach n abs just kinda went outta shape but i am so lean n cut n got a nice leas physic but in those 5 days of good clean bulking i lost my abs n but of shape in my abs i dont get it? and now im going to to lean cut eating n my abs are coming up quick again but when i bulk i looe it like crazy wat the i dont get it?
is it cause i been lean and cut for so long and when i bulk it just eatin all the carbs in bulk dont get me wrong i get good lean carbs when im cuttin but i went from min to alot of carbs in 5 days to bulk and when i looked in the mirror i was un happy i was doing so much hard training felt like days was a waste cause i lost my abs

5% bf is seriously low. How did you measure it?

yeah was going to compet, drs,trainers, evan pics told me was 5-6%

thinkin im just gonna stay lean how i was the look of bulk i do not like at all lol

How can you claim to have a slow metabolism and be able to maintain 5% BF? I don't get it.
It doesn't matter if you bulk clean or dirty, starchy carbs are starchy carbs. Once you carb load for 5 days in a row, your muscle & liver glycogen stores will be full. Glycogen is stored with water, in the ratio 1 gram of carbohydrates to 3 grams of water, which is why water retention inventively occurs when you don't cycle carbs (a.k.a ''carbohydrate management), leading to a particular body composition where abs seem to disappear per se.

my cuttin diet is very lean like i do have a slow metabolism but i dont i eat the leanest plainest diet n im just cut n very clean n i always get askd how do i do it but think i dont get is when i eat carbs like meat brownrice etc how can i loose my abs n just bulk so fast but when i lean out my body takea it well n leans out how i want it just seems but i bulk i just turn into a beach ball lol

the hole summer alot of people ask me how i do it but when i bulk im bloated i look like i dnt have a physic i dnt get it just bloats me like crazy when i stay lean n cut n hardly no cabs my body physic stays how i want it n now im freakin out taking alot of carbs cause i bloat n put on kgs like crazy,

your question has been answered, shhhz. go back and read.
you have water retention due to consuming carbs. some people are more sensitive to carbs than others. I look like shit when I eat carbs, regardless of where im at for bodyfat%

5'8 weight 76.4kgs now cause im leanin back down was at my beast lean peak at 61.3, when i had heaps of carbs in 5 days i was 80.1 can i upload a pic through a iphone? just dnt get when u het lots of carbs u put on lots of water R, Story was - i was 5-7% body fat first 4 weeks in my cycle n eating very lean still n i was growing but slowly but a mate said should get more carbs or try it for a week c how u go ull grow faster n bigger so bulk for 5 days brown rice etc etc n went to 10-12% body fat my abs were fading or pritty much faded in such a short period of time when they were poping out by 1cm or so n put on crazy weight felt like a beach ball back to eatin lean and im in by 6 weeka now n im eatin lean again my abs are comin out again n i did put on size but i hated how i lost my abs like that by eatin week of carbs n i havnt eatin carbs ova a year or drank alco just pure lean as i can get n had carbs for a week put on nearly 9kgs or so in a short time lost pritty much abs i hated it but now im eatin lean n im lovin it just hate how water R gos ova ur abs cause when i grabd my stomach didnt feel like fat but now my abs are poping out again so im lovin bein lean
