Prop/mast/var 8 weeks!! Opinions
hey guys, new to the forum. first post.. been lifting for about 6-7 years consistent, 1 cycle under my belt. former college baseball player, been an athlete my whole life. type 1 diabetic, eat very clean healthy and of course i have learned to use insulin (humolog) to my advantage very well. planning on running my 2nd cycle.
here are my stats
26years old
6'2 1/2
190lbs
10.3% BF
3000-5000cal intake a day
cycle history
test E 400mg 12 weeks
planning on running an 8 week cycle
TEST PROP 75MG EOD (1-8)
MAST P 75MG EOD (1-8)
ANAVAR 60MG ED (1-8) OR 100MG (3-8). NEED HELP DECIDING!
what gains should i be expecting with these 3 compounds? have done extensive research and it seems this is exactly what I'm looking for, lean bulk and still be athletic.

NOLVA 20/20/20/20
clomid 25/25/25/25
will this be sufficient enough?
will be more than happy to accept opinions from anyone! especially diabetics with previous cycle experience.

Hey there, firstly welcome to the forums. With regards to your stats, 10.3% bodyfat is very lean, what are your goals for this cycle? Cutting further? Bulking? Your weight is a little on the light side, in my opinion, but we'll see what the others think.
Your diet, 3000-5000cal is an extremely vague outline. Break it down for us please, whats your TDEE? What do you actually eat and with the macros please, this will greatly help. I suspect that you're not calculating it correctly because if thats what you eat, you should be a lot heavier with more BF.
With regards to the actual cycle, I think there is no real need for you to use the Masteron , you dont have enough cycle experience, and the suggest dose is quite low anyway. The test dose looks a little low as well, giving 300mg/wk and 225mg/wk in alternating weeks. The anavar would be sufficient at 60mg/day. No mention of AI or HCG usage.
However we'll discuss this further once we get more information.

Being a diabetic I am limited to 3 heavy carb meals day with protein snacks in between. And yes I do stay around 3000-3500 cal mark a day. Will go over 4000 every once in a while. Here's what a typical day consists of, never eat the same thing 2 days in a row, I alternate. Here it is
9am (heavy meal)
A typical Breakfast would be
4 egg whites
2 whole wheat toast
oats
Multivitamin
Whey protein w (2%milk)
Or banana oatmeal, granola, eggs. I switch it up
12pm (protein only)
protein shake w/ water
Chicken, cheese
2pm (heavy meal)
Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, or baked pototoe
Chicken/fish
Green beans or any type of beans
5pm (preworkout)
Fruit
Granola bar
Protein shake w/ water
7pm (post workout) heavy meal.
Brown rice, whole wheat pasta or baked potatoe
Chicken, meat or fish
And a veg on the side
Protein shake w/ water
9pm
Turkey or ham
Cottage cheese
11 pm (Pre bed)
Casein
And more turkey
Feel free to add anything!

My goal is to get more cut and more of a defined hard look. i will have an ai on hand although I'm pretty sure i won't be needing it with the test being run at a low dose. and i was also under the impression that mast can be used as an ai to certain extent. and whats your take on var being run at 100ed?

Yes you do need a ai and like said above your diet needs work.There is to wide of a gap in your cals.Figure out wat you want to do and figure out your diet.Then post it in the diet section with macros and goals.They will help you.Beacuse you aint cutting with 3000 to 5000 cals.

Songdog hit the nail here, you will not be cutting at this calorie window, as I said earlier, for your weight and bodyfat, you arent eating like this currently. This would be serious bulking. Thanks for posting the diet, but we need the macros from it, so we need to know the protein/Carb/Fat splits for the meals.
Agree here too, I think 100mg/ED for a first time user is high, and its especially high for someones second cycle when they're proposing Masteron as well and with a screwy diet
I personally think for a your cycle experience that you dont need the Mast or the Anavar. These are great compounds but if you're not using them correctly or dieting correctly, they'll be wasted. Save your money and spend it on good food.

i dont know why the other guys took masteron out of the cycle.. it should be very good at nice dose and even help with fat loss

Yes I will definitely look more into fixing my diet, and into hcg . Ok so if I were to choose between var and mast, which one would benefit me more?

Anything you take is dictated by diet man. So head to the nutrition section, copy and paste the diet you posted here, and the experts will tune it up for you.
And the thread he is referring to is called "anavar , not a mild compound" I believe. ( sorry that's why I originally quoted krugerr) lol

Will do that. I was thinking 8 weeks is a little long for first time var user. It will be run for 6 weeks 60mg Ed
Forgot to mention I am very active throughout the day. I do a mile run every morning before I start the day. And I play basketball about 4-5 times a week for a about 2 hours

That's good, now if you get that diet in check this will be nice cycle. Also the hcg . Good luck man. Should think about logging this for others.
