New member looking for advice in first cycle
Hi Guys,
I'm new to this and was hoping for some advice, I've been doing some reading which I will continue to do before starting any cycle but thought I would ask for advice from the guys with experience.
So I have recently crossed the idea of using steroids and although I am not set in stone in using them I am curious as to what would be best for me and tempted to try.
Alot of the stats that seem to be needed are:
I'm a short guy 5ft 3 or 161cm, I weigh 62kg (9.75 stone or 137Lbs)
I used to be on the shortlisted team for the olympics in Judo and did that from when I was as young as 8 to 19 which I had to stop through injury, ( back problems). Since then I have continued training at the gym.
I'm 21 years old, and have no experience of cycles, my body fat is currently at 12%, should I look at lowering this?
My goals are that I want to get that ripped physique, and was wondering what simple cycle there is that would help me achieve that.
I have good diet which I'm quite strict about I don't eat shit.
Currently I'm using CLA, Thermopure to aid in shedding some % points off my fat and I also use protein shakes and creatine.
If I've missed off any valuable information please let me know. As I say I'm new to this and I want to be totally clued up before I go and put something into my body.
Also I don't do needles frightens the life out of me so would prefer an oral steroid .
Just to clarify, my main goal is to gain lean muscle mass as I am happy with my fat levels and the rate at which they are reducing. A friend has mentioned winstrol what would be your guys take be on this for my goals? I would really like a very simple cycle just worried about side effects etc
Any help will be appreciated.

Did you read any of the replies to your post?
I'm guessing if you are trying to rely on CLA(pointless) and a thermogenic then your diet is lacking. Please post your diet in the nutrition forum together with your goals and we can help you with your goals over there. Your natural test levels should be sky high at the moment, why risk your future health for the sake of a short cycle now?NO SOURCES GIVEN

I read the posts I'm not reliant on cla or the thermogenic that I use I just know they have shown to help and thats why I use them. My diet is good I have a good balance of carbs and protein, my diet is definitely not my issue. I'm getting to the point in my training where to make a small gain is take a longer time because im getting closer to my max, and looking for a cycle that will keep me cut and pack on lean muscle
Experience wise I have been training to compete at a high level in sport since I was 8 till 19 and then continued purely in the gym for the last 2 years, frustrating when bigger guys come to the gym and can get the gains quicker and over take me cos of their body size im only 5ft3 so when my training partner overtook me on strength due to his size when we were training the same its frustrating!Last edited by Brad91; 04-12-2013 at 06:03 AM.

Indulge me, post your diet and let's see how good it is for your goal of gaining LBM. I'd also be interested to see your workout listed.
BTW, nobody here is likely to advise you on a cycle because of your age.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Ill post little later on my exact diet that ive eaten today as an example, currently at work, yeah can understand the age thing just so frustrating, made a new training partner and I was significantly stronger after like 6 months hes overtaken me so annoying, hes not in shape whatsoever quite a high bf like 22% as mine is 12, jus pisses me off I cant compete I know im really strong for my size maybe I should just be happy haha but we always want more!

Brad put your pride away. Your diet isn't as good as you think nor is your training. These people here like Back in Black know what the fvck they're talking about. If you do what they say, you'll make good gains. You'll even end up with more muscle than if you just risk your health over some ill-advised cycle.
I mean you can ignore what everyone's been telling you. But if you do that, don't cry yourself to sleep when your dick doesn't work and you're growing titties. The only people who plateau at 21 are people who have poor diet and training methods. You're right now in your prime physical condition and your body is full of test. I fully appreciate you guys know your shit and im the newbie tryna learn there may be some improvements to be made to my diet ill post it n see what u guys think, training wise I think its decent likewise im always open to suggestions to mix things up variety is always good, you're right I wanna look good more than strength but as a competitive guy I love to be the best haha and my pals are making me look a *****! Haha
Anyways as said ill take kn board you guys advoce your the expert not me looking forward to seein what you make of my diet when I post later bout 6pm english time

Hey brother welcome to the board... I hope you learn lots here I know I have. Do us all a favor and do not consider steroids till 25ish. That ripped look you desire takes some serious dieting believe me all food. You can achieve all your goals with proper food. Learn from the nutrition department and ask lots of questions. And through further steroids research on this forum you will understand why its not in your best interest to use at your age...
