    Clen by itself for a cutting cycle??? (I know its not a true ABS, but does help).

    I have my hands on some Spiropent which I am planning on taking for a cutting phase this summer. Below is my plan of action for this cycle, (amount of clen to take, diet, exercise ect.). Any tweaking or advice would be very much appreciated.

    I know I am new to the forum, but I have been lurking through the forums for years... just never committed.

    Age-22
    5ft 11
    205 lbs
    BF- (Let my diet go.... around 22 percent)
    Lifting exp- (Since 7 th garde), 10 years.
    I have solid lifts in all my core lifts and with my experience and degree I am more than knowledgeable on nutrition, and anatomy and physiology.

    Going to start taking Milk Thistle, Hawthorn Berry, Fish oil, and Multi -Vitamins Two weeks before I start taking the Clen.
    Then I am going to start my cycle. I am planning on taking 20 mcg the first day to gauge any side effects/ adverse reactions, then the next day taking 20 mcg three times a day (With each main meal I will take it).
    Diet--- I am going to cut hard so something like this.
    0700- Cup of non fat cottage cheese, cup of whole oats, cup of mixed fruit,1 tbsp of flax, water.
    1000- ON protein shake with skim milk. (with banana)
    1300- 4-6 oz chicken breast, cup of mixed veggies, cup of brown rice, water
    1600- Protein shake with skim milk. (with banana)
    1900- 4-6 oz of fat free ground turkey, cup of mixed veggies, cup of brown rice, water
    2200- possibly some slow metabolizing protein but probably not...
    Throughout the day will drink about 2 gallons of H2O.

    Training---
    Going MAX OT route, with good cardio, and slightly more abs.
