    Opinions w/ Liver support during or off cylce?

    I've been reading mixed responses all over the web. Is liver support on cycle with orals recommended or should you take them after the cycle during PCT due to the liver support trying to "cancel" out the gains?

    You should support your liver year round, on or off cycle. Just heavy up when orals are present. Not sure what you mean by that last statement.

    I take 600mg of NAC everyday. On cycle I go up to 1200, depending on the AAS used, I'll go as high as 1800mg.

    Guys have been saying that when you use liver support while your in cycle and using orals that the effectiveness of the orals is decreased bc of the liver support.

    Gotchya. Yeah, not enough to be concerned. So you should ask yourself: Do I want that extra 1/4 lb of muscle, or a healthy liver?

    Liver support leading up to, during, and for some time after is what I do. I don't think it cancels gains enough to be noticeable

    I have always been told to space orals a few hours apart from your liver support, it is not something I have looked into though.

    Space the orals & liv support out..after all if you let your liver go to shit w/ out some sort of protectant, then how good do you think it will be to even function in absortion & process the orals, or anything in general.

    Taurine - 5000mg - 10000mg a day
    NAC - 1200 mg a day
