    My second cycle looking for advice and check!

    Hello everyone

    I am looking at embarking on my 2ndcycle, and would like to get your opinions and advice.

    This will be my second cycle ever, my first cycle was test-E500mg/wk+methandrostenolone 4wks-30/30/40/40,PCT: nolva,clomid. I am 24, 6ft 4, 211lbs, around 10% bodyfat. I am training since i was 16.

    My thoughts on cycle are:
    Week 1-12 test C 500mg/wk
    Week 1-10 Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 400mg/wk
    Week 1-6 Turanabol 65mg/ED
    Week 1-12 adex 0,5mg eod
    Week 1-18 liv52(liver protection)
    Week 5-12 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500ui/wk
    Week 12-14 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 1000ui/wk

    Week 14-18 PCT:clomid 100/100/50/50
    Clenbuterol day 1-4 0,2-0,8mg and last 4days of PCT slightly drop to 0,2mg again.
    Nolvadex 20/15/15/10

    Pinning: monday test+nand, thursday nandrolone, friday, test+nandrolone
    Here is the real problem i cant pin at the weekends because iam with my GF and she doesnt know about gear. She hates steroids so much i cant even tell her. Is it ok to pin Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 3x week? monday thursday and friday?

    Looking for lean mass gains without huge water retention.

    I would run a test only cycle agin. 24 is on the cusp of me being ok with.
    Novla is low in my opinion.
    How long since last cycle.
    Above^^^ your gains?
    Tdee and macros?

    Sooooo much compounds for 2nd cycle.

    First couple should be test only.

    I ve gained around 26lbs, lots of water and some fat but nothing terrible, my sixpack is less visible. Iam in pct right now so we will see after. I would love to get ready for competion next year thats why i choose heavier cycle then just test only. I know about lots of ppl who ran tren as second cycle and they are pretty huge right now. I will lower the dosage little bit on both tbol and nandrolone .

    And when are you planning to run your second cycle?

    They're huge because of their diet and genetics, not because they ran a ton of gear. Weight gains begin in the kitchen, not the needle.

    The guys in here will set you straight. Then it's off to the Nutritional Forum for you to develop a solid diet to meet your needs.

    I think that my diet is pretty good atm. And my cycle will start 2 months after PCT. I will get some bloodwork done before i start.

    Bloodwork is a great idea but really even with bloodwork I suggest you give your body a good break. Time on plus pct should equal time off to make sure your body recovers properly. 2 cycles per year

    So you ran a 12 week Test E cycle
    2 weeks til pct start
    Pct 4 weeks

    Thats 18 weeks. Time on = time off = next cycle

    Thats 36 weeks So It looks like you want to start at 26 weeks. You need the recovery time.

    This is my question. Where are you gettin your clen protocol from?
    1mg = 1000mcg. So .2-.8mg of clen? You're gonna want to die. I love clen not only for fat loss but, as a caffiene addict, I love the stimulant effect / feeling. And I use 200mcg as a very top end of it.
    But 800?! Unless I'm seriously weetoded in how I'm reading this. And 4 days at a time is a bit wtf also? It's usually run 2wk on 2wk off. Unless you're utilizing keto at 1-2 mg/ day. Then you can run it longer at a lower dose

    First off, .8mg = 800mcg. If you're taking 800mcg of clen you're going to hate your life. If you don't have a fricken heart attack on day 1 that is.
    Also, are you usin keto? Because 30days of clen straight is useless. Your receptors need time to regenerate and it will quickly lose effectiveness. That's why the standard protocol is 2weeks on. 2 weeks off. Repeat. Anything more than that and you're just being wasteful and losing effectiveness

    Ah sorry its 20mcg per tablet :-D I get some keto too thanks. Iam just curious if whole cycle is ok like this and if pinning NPP 3x week is enough ?

    Is caber important if i already have adex in my cycle ? I had some problems with gyno before even with testE+dbol only. Thats why i need to be prepared for it and another question which one is better n2guard or liv52?
