    size of rig for delts?

    Always used cheeks as my site of injection. But with this 14 week cycle every Tuesday Friday even alternating cheeks still worried about irratation and scar tissue. Wanting to add shoulders as a pin site. Just not familiar with the whole process. Makes me a little nervous. I use 22 gage inch and a half for my glutes at the moment. Want to know what size should be used for my delts. Cheers.

    23g 1 inch up to 25g 1 inch. For me at least.

    22ga is like a proverbial harpoon, IMHO.

    I use 27 ga almost exclusively now. Try 25 to 27 ga at 1" if not super lean. Load with the damn 22's. You won't go back.

    Im a sissy... if I were ever to do something like use illegal substances, I would use a 25g 1" for delts... hypothetically speaking of course
