Testicular atrophy on HCG

I'm 4 weeks into a test E cycle (500 mg per week) and my balls feel shrunken and kinda mushy/soft, and they don't hang as much any more despite having used HCG from week 1 (500iu twice a week).

I inject HCG the same day as I inject my testosterone (mon/thur).

Now, I used up my first vial of 5000iu HCG, and when I preloaded another batch oof insulin syringes I tested it with a pregnancy test and it came positive, so the HCG should be working.

Any need to worry about this? Actually, the balls feel kind of normal when showering and they hang

Where did you get your hCG from, what kind is it, and how was it handled from your supplier to you, and any information pertaining to reconstitution, refrigeration..ect?

Where did you get your hCG from, what kind is it, and how was it handled from your supplier to you, and any information pertaining to reconstitution, refrigeration..ect?

It's Vitagon by Alpha Pharma, comes with 3 vials of 5000 iu. Not sure how it was handled or stored before I got it, but the powder form I have been storing it in a closet at room temperature.

It does say on package to store at 2-8C before and after reconstitution, but I figured it wouldn't matter much since I had no way of knowing how it had been storing before I even got it, and hear of plenty people storing the powder at room temperature.

I put the preloaded insulin syringes in the freezer. I tested it on a pregnancy test before putting them in the freezer though.

K it's real simple big guy, your HCG is working, your balls would probably much smaller with out it, just because your balls are not completely "normal" does not mean it's not working. Chances are your going to get some kind of testicular atrophy, even if if follow standard hgc protocol.It's a "supplement" if you will for your nutz lol. To help keep the "engine" in working order.

Take 250ius twice a week man. Now I could be wrong but u are overloading with the hcg right now. 500 should be suffiecnt

I still get a little atrophy on HCG .
The potency of your HCG is questionable since it has not been stored correctly.
HCG mimics LH, not FSH. They are both signal hormones produced by the pituitary during natural production to stimulate your leydigs. Have no idea if this could be the cause of some atrophy, but sounds good in theory.

Picked up some couple of weeks ago. While chatting with the (rather attractive) pharmacist, I mentioned I was stopping by to pick up some groceries before heading home.

It's noticeable when ejaculating, my balls usually aren't retracting that much upwards. They look tiny when that happens, but other than that you don't really "see" it. They definitely feel kind of mushy or soft, no idea if that is normal when on HCG /AAS? Normally my balls aren't soft like they are now.

However, 1000iu/wk of hCG will not desensitize you or any receptors. Having said that, i believe your hCG is not as potent as it could be. I do not atrophy at all when using hCG, and some of my lyophilized supply is almost a year old stored at room temps.

But since you dont appear to be atrophied that much, this indicates your hCG is working - just not up to full power, that's all.

No worries. Finish it up and either try another source next time or roll the dice and hope that the next supply is a bit stronger.

One trick I do now is release the vacuum before I add the bac water. It really helps when trying to add it slowly.

Will do mate. Loving the cycle so far though, strength gains are just coming on by now (bench strength is up by approx. 10% already). I don't "feel like a god" though, as some people say they do, I feel pretty normal psychologically.

I know HCG is sensitive, but I thought it was slightly overrated. I don't shake it though and I try to handle it as carefully as possible. I accidentally made some bubbles because of the vacuum, will make sure to handle that better next time
