10 week test cyp 500mg a week- DIET!!!
8:00am
3whole eggs 7 whites
cup of aotmeal
banna-or some fruit(AVACODO)
fat free or 1% millk
water
10:00am
little tna, protien drink,
turkey sandwhich
w/ spinach or some kind of veggies
12:00
some kind of meat- chicken, hamburg
cup of veggies
FF milk or water
2:00
some kind of meat- chicken ,hamburg, turkey
veggies
apple / banana/ orange(some kind of fruit)
water
4:00pm
meat, turkey sandhich2x, tuna, fish ,chicken
fruit
veggies/spinach
6pm
could be anything, some meat tuna , chicken,(.any good source of protein))
veggies
water
8:00pm
about 1cup of fat free cottage cheese, slice of wheat with natural penutbutter
10pm- protien drink whey, slow absorption
all drinks consit of: water-plan green tea(nothing added to it), and once in a while maybe once a day a glas of 2% of FF milk
I would like any advise, opinions or thoughts, anything and everything is good.

Test cyp is a long ester and takes about 5 to 6 weeks to kick in. I run Test Cyp cycle at 14 weeks.

scotchguard im doing just test cyp 500mg a week, may bump to 14 weeks if cycle goes well. kinda skecthing out with family tho lol. idk how big ima get but should i be fine with just clomid nolvedex for pct or do u NEED hcg ?

schotchguard. u ever take cyp alone an only pct after, or do u have HCG ? whats ur experience
