help with doasge please!!!
ive been running sust for about 8 weeks now, and am about to up the dose and add deca to the mix how would you correctly stck these two together, ive been hitting 4 mil sust a week, was thinking of doing 3mil twice a week of sust and 2 mil twice a week of deca ??? both are rated 250mg per mil

So you want to run 1.5 grams of Sust per wk along with 1 gram of Deca ? Is this correct?

Those are extremely high doses. What is your cycle history and what are your stats

i was just going to stick with the sust, but after some research it had been suggested to throw a new compound in at the halfway mark to keep the gains solid ! hence why i am asking. i dont have to add the deca just thought it would be a good idea to keep my gains from plateauing ??

Yeah its easier for us to be on the same page if we speak in terms of milligrams/grams - if for no other reason than some UGL's dose their Sustanon and other oils at different strengths. This avoids any confusion for us and the readers.
Depending on your experience your proposed protocol could be on the high side, yes. What were your last two cycles? Were they 500mg and 300mg respectively? Or were they unusually high doses?

im 33 bro, weigh 102kg, height 168cm, bmi 15%
1st cycle, just test at 4 mil per week, for 3 months

ive been lifting super hard for the last year since i started as i have dedicated my life style to it now, previously i trained it just wasnt hardcore which it certianly is now, and wouldnt have it any other way
ive gained almost 30kgs in a year and a bit

Ok so these amounts are not new to you. I just dont see the need for these inflated amounts of gear on your 3rd cycle. Thats my concern.

Just please speak in mg not ml. Post a pic if you don't mind, you should be pretty solid. I say just finish the cycle as proposed. No reason to add Deca halfway. Its very slow acting.

(A kicker maybe, Tbol) 500mg Test, 300mg Deca and a solid diet. Thats all you need. If you cant make gains from that then your diet is bunk. Look there instead of adding more gear. There's no way you have outgrown your cycles, let alone your first one.
