    sust 250 and anadrol 50 cycle

    Hey guys new to the site, just trying to figure out a good mix of sust and anadrol for a 12 week cycle...
    Im 23 years young
    6 foot
    190lbs
    This is my 3rd cycle
    First was test prob
    2nd test e and winny
    Now trying bulk up to 220 maby plus if my body agrees
    Any advice on a good cycle ?

    you can try the theard with beginner sucefull cyle
