    Arimidex and nolva?

I have just recently started my 60mg/daily of nolvadex to try an reduce the Gyno I have ( it isn't even bad just slightly makes my nipple pop out more but everyone's doesn't notice ) anyways i know the Gyno won't go out away completely but for next cycle as an extra precaution would it be stupid to take nolva 10mg daily and arimidex 1mg eod on cycle so I can completely avoid the whole sore nipple situation and be ready to go?

You should really treat your gyno completely before cycling again. Look into Ralox as it has proven to be helpful reducing gyno. 1mg of adex EoD is likely too much.

I am going to but I like to plan ahead , so 10mg daily of nolva and .5mg eod of arimidex would make it that I wouldn't get it again/worse

.5mg eod adex may be too much. You still need to balance things out and keep estrogen at an acceptable level. Crushing it won't help. BW is your key here quite honestly. Yes, you can run nolva at the same time as added protection just know that it can slightly reduce the effectiveness of adex. So again, get BW several weeks in.

Nolvadex is widely used anti estrogen, but Nolva will not stop the gyno, it also cannot reverse the problem once it has started, but what it actually does is to stop the estrogens from taking hold by taking up the receptors for this hormone. Nolva can stop lot of problems caused by aromatization, very quickly but as soon as you discontinue usage you have to allow for an immediate influx of estrogens also.
Arimidex can actually eliminate estrogen from steroids that aromatize. Basically it can stop all formation of estrogen and has become the ultimate of estrogen blockers. Arimidex is very strong and it could slow down your gains but the estrogen will be blocked.
Those people who are particularly susceptible to gyno should consider this one, but then again if you are a beginner how do you know?
