Loosing Fat - Stomach and Jawline
Hey everyone,
I'm wondering if there is something out there (steroid or exercise) that can help boost fat loss on the stomach and make your jaw line more apparent.
I know cardio is the best way to loose fat but as you know you loose fat everywhere and then your stomach. But if I do too much cardio I don't want to get really skinny legs and then start to loose stomach fat.
I'm on a cycle to gain some bulk but also some definition. I'm not looking for a 6 pack - just a nice toned up stomach which is hard to see because of the thin layer of fat on my stomach...

No. Just maintain a calorie deficit and increase cardio. Not sure what you mean by "Make your jaw line more apparent", if you mean to actually increase the size of your mandible, well.. only high doses of HGH for very extended periods would do that. Spend some time in our nutrition section, that's how you'll shed the fat.

My jaw is fine - just want to loose some more fat on my face so more definition comes in. Same with my stomach.... thats why I asked.

fat "belongs" to the whole body. it is not possible to lose fat in specific areas. when you lose fat, it's "Last on, first off".

there's no way to spot reduce....yet.
I haven't invented the t3/esterless cortisone transdermal....................yet...
Cardio will not give you skinny legs. If anything, the rest of your body will shrink and your legs will stay the same size/grow. I barely train legs and mine are big, and it's due to high resistance rowing and cycling.

You just need to clean up your diet and workout.
