When to stop HCG/Start PCT long cycle

Hey guys, its been a while.

So im on roughly 375 Test E a week, last shot is on Weds, I will have been on for a total of 16 weeks. Weeks 4-8 were 500 mg EW, i taperd up then taperd down.

I have also been on 250 iu EOD of hcg since the start of week 5 and .5 adex EOD. Was a fantastic cycle and now its sadly coming to end.

My Question: When do i stop taking my HCG? Ive noticed that its not as effective as it once was in the begiining, (dont worry fresh batch), so im afraid lydig cell damage is beginning to occur, but luckily im coming off very soon. I also know that I should start PCT, which il list below 16 days after last shot.

This is my PCT;

Clomid 50/50/50/50: I cant handle 100 mg a day it turns me in a very disagreeable fellow to say the least
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
DAA: 3000 MG ED
Erase PRO: weak ai and cortisol supression
Natty test booster, thinking bioforge

I should not that im basing the notion of leydig cell desensitization is beggining to occur on the fact that testicular pain has returned somewhat and this had been gone for quite some time, i could be totally off tho, thats why i came to you guys

Stop hcg without your last test injection. And pct is 14 days after your last pin not 16. (13.5 days to be exact)

Wouldn't the last injection of HCG depend on the half life of HCG. I do not know what it is

It would, which is why I would recommend your last HCG shot 3-4 days before your pct. everyone does it differently I guess but I thought this was pretty standard since its half life is only like 3-4 days

another quick question, when do i stop taking the adex as well, im still taking .5 eod

You can stop them both with your last injection. But i prefer to continue hCG 3-4 days before you begin PCT, and Adex right up to PCT.

Thank you sir, my balls are killing me and my nuts are starting to shrink a little again, so im thinking this last batch of hcg is bunk; im going to quit it now and contine adex. What do you think of my pct?

WAIT so now im reading, Dr Scally says use HCG during PCT? Ive never heard this before, im confused

You would use it either on cycle like you have OR in PCT, not both. I run the AI and the HCG right up to the last day before PCT. HCG in PCT is kind of old school, but it's 1500 i.u.'s eod for 3 weeks. BTW, run the Nolvadex at 40 mg for the first week. I don't know what DAA is, but I like to take 2-3000 i.u.'s of Vitamin C ed for cortisol control too.

DAA=D-asparatic acid, its the newest Semi proven test booster on the market, just an amino acid, but it has been shown to be effective in boosting testicular size and total test. Cant hurt. Your vitamin C suggestion is great, i will add that in. Also, give 7-Keto DHEA a try, also pretty good at lowering cortisol. Thank you for clarifying the HCG info.
