    Here you go again... Lol

    Hi guys, I'm about one year out from my first competitive bodybuilding show. I want to startup first cycle ASAP as to jump on my training regement. I would love and value any and all of you well educated advise! Ps a male 34 years old 5'6" 155 and 10% bf. thinking bantam or lightweight, depends on how much I gain, lol thank you all so much in advance

    I would have to agree. Have you learned how to diet? Read the stickies in the nutrition section here, learn how to bulk and put on some size.

    Hey I don't know about bantam or even light weight but I'm 5'-11" and was 210 and came own to 177 for weigh in for middle weight. You should be a massive 20 lbs over you weigh in for what level you go in. I was too lean. I would like to see some pics . You are light right now but can work hard with diet and other things. Gotta get some bulk. good luck ...crazy mike

    Thanks mike, and yes I do very well counting I was cutting down for summer. Bit my question is what's a good beginner stack w some with my ambitions. I'm doing the show no matter what, at least for stage practice
