Correct me if I'm wrong
Dbol 40mg wk 1-4
Test e 250mg twice a week (Monday-Thursday)
Arimidex .5 eod(if gyno appears)
Letro on hand
Pct
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Do I need an hcg ? If so what kind an where from(ar-r )
An I missing anything been lurking around for months
An mixed reviews is all I got.
All help is appreciated

after 5yrs of lifting, id expect you to be a little heavier at 6'2. you may need some diet help.... what is your bf %? post up a pic and blur your face.
you should be taking arimidex the whole time, regardless whether gyno appears. gyno is one of the smaller worries of high estrogen. So keep that in check. i suggest .25mg eod to start and increase if you need to. dbol and test dose looks good. pct looks good. I am an advocate of hcg through entire cycle at 500iu a week.

WOW!!! HCG is the hardest product to find!!!
A lot of fake 1s out there. Anybody got a link or trusted company I got the $.

Yea I ask a lot of questions also but HCG is one thing that is all over the Internet ! If no one pm's you just buy one 2500 or even 2000 IU vial for a few dollars and do a pregnacy test on it !
You will find out not as much bad as you think once you look at a number of sites ! I think if you plug in HCG to the search tab of the forum you may even be directed to a site not sure but ppl have shared many threads on HCG and I am on TRT and swear by HCG as a required part of life to feel good and in moderationLast edited by BuzzardMarinePumper; 05-14-2013 at 02:42 PM.

Do I start my hcg from week 1-12 or from week 3-12.

First and foremost youre to light bro.
Like the others have said, you need to learn to eat properly before you learn to use AAS. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.
Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!
