Adex question

So, two guys I used to work with decided to cycle and were recommended test, tren , var, and something else for the first time. No AI and "nolva if I get titties"...... Needles to say I straightened things out for them lol

So they are on board with test E 500/wk 12 wks with everything in place. Nolva clomid pct. adex as AI. HCG they decided against but hey, not my call I did my good deed.
My question is they got 1mg adex tabs, as customary they're friggen tiny and I fear they will crush if split in 1/4s. Can I recommend .5 e3d? Or should the go with EoD and adjust if needed. I've always used the AR-R liquids so I've never run into this

As far as stats go they're both 28
1st cycle
Gym regulars as well as landscaping (very manual labor)
Bf% ??? Def under 15 but not near 10%
I would guesstimate 175~ give or take 10lbs
They're gonna cycle I just want to give the best advise possible.

I would just do .5 EOD. that's me, then there will be no "if I get titties" better safe than sorry.

I crush my pills to fine powder, mix it a bit and make 4 lines out of it.

It's kinda hard to cut the pills into four equal parts with a knife, they are that small, and they crumble. I don't snort the lines lmao.

From what I hear, pill cutters aren't that great either, so I never bothered to buy one.

Get a pill-cutter! And do 1/4 eod.

i use a nail clipper. works better with pills. just got to align them right.

I do! Is there something I don't know about...? If its about hygiene, I wash my clippers after clipping my nails. I hope its nothing like adex will cause my nails to fall off or something...
