    5 years away from the forum and now I'm back!!

    Woooo hooooo!

    Hello chaps!

    I've been away from the forum for almost 5 years, only checking in now and then. Did a cycle of Test prop and winny 5 years ago, all went well, then injury occurred, work got busy, training slowed dramatically, got fat etc. I've been back in training for 5 months now, diet in check. 25% bf down to 14-15% now, and researching my next cycle... Will wait till I drop to around 10-11% bf before getting on.

    I'm looking for feedback from you guys -

    My first cycle was great, results were fantastic, no major sides thanks to good pct. suggestions on a test prop cycle + var vs test prop + winny?

    Appreciate your thoughts fellas and thanks for having me back!!

    Not kickboxing any more, CEO of a large firm, and could got to work all busted up each week!!!

    Welcome back.

    Why not stick with the same cycle as last time or better yet just a basic test cycle?

    Thanks Lovbyts. Ill definitely consider test only cycle, most likely prop only for 6-8 weeks. However, also keen on the winny as I had excellent results first time around. I'm still a good couple of months away, maybe more as gear in Melb has become very hard to come by since I lost my old contacts. This will be the main reason for delaying a start, which I'm not fussed about. Will give me more time to build marital strength and lower bf % further.

    Train 4 days on, 1 day off.
