chest fat? (No steroids)
Hey guys,
i have (i think) fat on the outside of my chest, it starts from my nipple and runs under my arm (like a bar of jelly) .. it makes my chest look retarded and like tits. i have never taken steroids nor pro hormones
When my nipple are hard, my chest shapes up really nice, when they aren't, my nipples look sloppy and chest looks worse.
any ideas or tips?
183cm
i am 86kg and probably have around 18% bf (based on the picture chart). no idea though

Lose fat. You can't target that area.

As suggested, bf has to come down. Nutrition, cardio, and consistency are the key ingredients. Getting to 10% is tough - sub 10% is a whole level of discipline most people lack.

Do you take any drugs or medication? Anti-depressants? Propecia or any other drugs that stop conversion of test to DHT? Do you use opioids? Any other drugs or medication?
If not, have you had your blood work done to see test/estrogen levels evaluated? Are you hypogonadal male?
If all the above is NO, then you are just overweight and need to lose weight....

Don't feel too bad, I have somewhat of the same problem.
Nipples soft = looks almost like tits, depending on BF%
Nipples hard = looks great
It all goes away when I lean out so stick to a good diet and cardio

I've had the same issue of trying to get rid of chest fat. I did the same thing about switching up multiple chest work and it's helped a lot. That, and like everyone else has mention, my diet is in good shape. I still have some fat to get rid of, but it's much better and I think most will be gone in 3-6 months.

A few weeks, seriously? It takes at least 90 days for any diet to START to work otherwise you are just loosing water weight.
Dieting should not be a fad, 2, 3, 6 months but it should be a life style change meaning years/forever. Learn to eat better. That does not mean you can not enjoy good/unhealthy foods also but it means you need to cut out 90% or more of the junk.
Chest fat sucks, I know and the only way other than lipo is as said, get the body fat down. When I am down to 12% or less it looks pretty good. I have not made 10% yet but someday.
