    Avanar for flat abs? Female

    Hi I am a 26 turning 27 next month female personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have competed in bikini but the only time I can get rid of my lower gut is the day of show when I've dehydrated and been just eating protein for a week ... Otherwise it's always there!! Will anavar help get rid of that ? I workout intensely 8+ hrs a week and eat 150+g protein/day, all clean, take creating BCAAs thermogenics etc and I am not ripped! I knew there had to be a "secret" out there and maybe aas are it?? My next bikini show is in 8 weeks.

    Var might help get you there faster, but not if you don't fix your diet.

    How much do you weigh and how tall? 150 grams of protein might be excessive.

    Well I get 125-150g and 1600-2000 cal/day depending on my workouts that day. I am 5'7-3/4".

    Interesting. so whats your weight? Do you know your BF % ? These numbers are important to determine whether anavar will help you with that diet.

    I am 126lb 15.5-16% bf. I want to be 10% bf for the show. I want to be cut but not bulky this is bikini not figure. I want my clothes to still fit me or be too big on me, not get so muscular that I need bigger clothes

    Wow. 15.5 is pretty low!! I'm surprised you cant see your abs really. 10% is almost (almost!) too low for a female.

    bfawkes, at a glance, I can tell you that you're eating too much 1600 is probably around your maintenance level. 2000 calories and you're going to bulk up. I honestly think you can do this without the var. Not steering you away, your stats are very appropriate to use var. But it will not help until you fix that diet. You really don't need more than 100 to 120 grams of protein.

    Why don't you go over to the nutrition forum and have your diet critiqued? You'd be surprised what some of the pro's there can pinpoint. I'm absolutely positive that you eat healthy and have a great diet, but a second set of eyes can shed some light on a few simple changes that might make the difference.

    Here's a link to the forum. Just post your typical daily diet along with your complete stats over there. I'll make sure your thread gets attention.

    Keep in mind if it's bikini the harder you are the worse the judges will judge you. Figure girls are always harder than bikini girls or at least they're supposed to be. That was the whole point in creating the bikini division, to give softer girls a place to compete.

    And yes, PED's are as much a part of bikini as everything else. Not to the extent as they are in figure and especially bodybuilding but they're still part of it for a lot of girls.

    These are pics from last show. I curl 20-25lbs for a girl and leg press 350 and I still have scrawny arms and legs and when I gain wait it's all in my belly!!
