Need advise
Hey,
I am 34 years old and male. I followed starting strength for 6 months then moved over to that crossfit then crossfit football. I follow the paleo diet and do not have cheat days. I have been at it for over 2 years.
Stats:
6'1
200lbs
Bench:225
Squat:325
Deadlift:375
Gains in strength and size have stopped. I am looking to gain 10-15lbs of muscle and keep it. I don't want to get monster size just a little bigger than I am.
What would be the best way to get there and keep it?

2 days on then day off then 3 days on and a day off
every workout starts with strength - like 3x5 squat then 3x5 bench or deadlift or powerclean ect. normally adding 2.5-5lbs from previous time then a 20-30 typical crossfit workout
no clue on fat % here is a crappy pic i just took

Don't get me wrong buddy, but according to your pic you don't have enough base to start with AAS.
I would hit the nutrition section and learn how to eat.
