Anavar and Prop
Trying to decipher on how low of a test dosage is suitable for a anavar /prop cycle.
26, 6'2, 215lbs 11-12bf, have about 5 cycles under my belt.
Was planning on doing a var only cycle about 100mg/day but have always thought about running prop along with it.
What is the lowest dosage you guys recommend EOD?
With all these stories about var only cycle, I want to make sure I can run a base with it.
Looking to run a 6-7 week cycle.

Lowest? 50mg to maintain sanity. Or 150mg for decent results.

I've run 50mg/eod Test Prop with Anavar 80mg/ed for 6 weeks. It works great. Mind you, I wasn't looking to gain 30lbs I wanted to gain 5lbs and look cut.

Ok, I dread to ask, what were your previous 5 cycles that have hauled you to only 215lbs at 6'2" and what weight were you when you shouldn't have started?

I think austinite gave the best advice. I'd go with 150mg per week, personally, and consider it a decent TRT dose.

Running Test Prop @ 175/wk and Anavar 80mg Ed what were your results in terms of Weight and BF? What kind of increases did you see in your Sqaut, DL, Overhead/Bench, Cleans, etc. How much of the strength gains stayed?
I'm running Prop at 100mg ED and Anavar at 80mg ED. Beginning my 5th week of Prop and day 13 of Anavar. I started at 175-180 and now I'm nearing 200lbs. I have also lost BF as well as I'm eating maintenance (to just pack on LBM) and doing moderate cardio (btw, fitness is in the shitter) via training for my sport. Its my first cycle, I'm loving the strength gains and the LBM I can tolerate bc I'm in an off-season period of training, but I'm getting too big, too fast. This would be a detriment any other time during the year. In the future, I'll probably only run a high TRT dose of Test (~200mg) along with Anavar, Tren , etc.

If your body is doing about 4-5 hours of cardio daily, will ~200mg of Prop keep you in the high lab ranges? And sans an exogenous dose of Test, daily cardio would reduce my T levels but what happens when we make the body hold a high T level during a grueling season of sport. Will it cut back our T3 and t4 in an effort to conserve energy given the expensive muscle that it can't rid itself of unlike before? Will it continue to produce as much cortisol?
Btw, I think ~200mg is a dose endurance/cardio athletes use as I saw this number in biker forums.
