My diet is great I actually pretty much eat the same thing everyday for the most part, also I don't check my sugar levels I rarely have sugar the only thing I ingest is carbs that turn into sugar if I not mistaken.

Numerous possibilities. If it persists or increases in severity, BW would be more definitive for diagnosing the cause.

A word on sugar - people consume a lot more sugar than they most likely realize. I've been cutting very aggressively for nearly three weeks now. Part of my focus during the cut has been to eliminate dairy and all sources of sugar - including sweeteners that are far sweeter than cane sugar. When you start paying attention to sugar, you'll quickly realize how much sugar is in so many things.

Low blood sugar will cause issues much sooner than high blood sugar.
Get a glucometer and check that you aren't going hypo.
You could also just have an ear infection or something.
