so next cycle is 650mg test a week with 700mg npp a week which will be 4th cycle, ready to go and im told by an expirienced guy down the gym to throw some eq in at 500mg a week to help with apetite and mass gains and recover as im going for a lean bulk. good idea of he chatting shit ?? also i was wondering can eq cause gyno at a low dose like that ?

I do not lie eq.
That being said it aromatizes at about half the rate of test so can it cause gyno yes. Figure your eq dose at half dose and consider it test when planning your ai. In other words if i was running 500mg test and 500mg/eq id approach the cycle from an estrogen management standpoint like i was taking 750mgs/test.
Honestly- EQ is not worth the money in my opinion bro.
