Need for PCT when on lifelong hormonre replacement therapy?
First timer here. I'm on test for the rest of my life due to very low-T. The Doc has me on 400 mg every 2 weeks which I have split up to 200mg weekly injections. Nothing else.
Gained 25 lbs (lots of it muscle) on my first cycle of Tren taking approx 250mg twice a week for 10 weeks. Only side effects were sweats and insomnia.
My question: The Tren came with Nolvadex pills. Do I really need a PCT since I'm on test forever? If so, is Nolvadex the thing to use? Also, should I wait 10 weeks before starting my next cycle?
Any tips would be appreciated.

You won't need the nolva, or any pct for that matter...but you should wait 8-10 weeks between blasts (cruise on your TRT dose for those 8-10 weeks).
