Water weight gains vs muscle gains
I recently started my first cycle with teste and dbol . It's been only 4 weeks and I've packed on 15lbs. I started at 227lbs and now at 242lbs. I'm 31 years old. I'm doing a 15 week cycle. I am eating 5,000 calories a day with 400 gr of protein. It's broken down into 7 meals a day. All healthy foods. I have a nutrition specialist helping me with my diet and workout plans. He knows I'm using and has adjusted my meal plans and workouts accordingly. Having said all that how much water weight have I gained compared to muscle? I'm trying to pack on as much muscle as possible. When I start cutting I want have an idea how much muscle I will gain compared to water weight. Does anyone know a good ball park figure?

In four weeks most of that is dbol water weight assuming your using cyp or E as your test. Test should start to kick about week 5. Are you using an AI to control estrogen side like bloat/water retention.

4 weeks of dbol ....prolly 10 pounds of water, maybe 3 pounds of muscle and 2 pounds fat....cuz 5000 cal is way to damn much

U have a lbm of 200. A tdee of 3000. That means your eating 2000 cal over ur tdee. I'd say MAX of 4000. But at ur current body fat % and not taking an ai (which you most definitely should), you should b eating about 2500 calories.

Be nice to see your planned.weights/cardio routine since if your burning shedload more cals than normal it woyldnt be quiiiiiite so bad. But itd have to he serious.
If you van post say an example of
Daily meals
1=
2=

Etcetc
Daily routine how many p/w
exercise1
type/set/reps
Exercise2
type/set/reps
etcetc
Cardio how many times p/w
Type/time
Be interesring to see your normal calorie burn. And then your actual calorie burn
Ppl can analyse a bit more in detail for ya.
Edit: pl react different to different foods. Water intake/compounds etc so almost impossible to tell you accurately. Id look more from the petspective if simple lean gains. google 1lb of steak.. there is no way you grew 15 or even 8lb of "steak" in 4 weeks. its water in the muscle and under the skin. if you are on dbol and NO AI then for sure you are puffed up.
always run an AI on cycle imo.
I would be happy with 10lb at the end of 15 weeks ( not water weight)

Personally I like letro at 0.25-0.6mg eod
I use ar-rs alot for my research.
dex is ok too and stane, but i use letro 90% of the time.
keep in mind its STRONG and you need to keep dose low and to keep in mind to give it a few days if you increase dose ( if needed) to see the effect of that increase. some people raise it up and up and up thinking its not working and end up using too much and i believe that's where 80% of the complaints come from on letro ( being too strong)

run AI to the start of PCT btw, and i rec pct something like: 50mg clomid / 20mg tamox ed for 4 weeks. as a pct.

Im going with a tuff love approach. You no ive had the surgery. I dont want the op to have to either!!! His cycle looks reckless. high bf and no ai and eating to much food his going to be puffed up like a ballon his blood pressure may be getting high too.. And also high e2 can be raising his prolactin so now he probs need caber/prami.

I don't known if it makes any difference on the calories intake problem. but I've been working with the nutritionist for 3 months. I started out with a weight lose program. I was at 21% body fat and weighed 228. After 6 weeks I dropped to 15.5% body fat. But about 8 weeks ago I decided i wanted to add muscle. When i started the weight gain program I was at 3200 calories a day. Each week he as been gradually adding more calories. I lost 3 weeks cause i went on a trip and didn't follow the plan. But my metabolism is high and I'm hungry ever 2-3 hours. I don't know if that changes anything.

I eat over 5500 cal/day at 228 I'm slowly gaining a pound every few days. Some is fat but I'm bulking off cycle during a bridge then going back on in amother week or 2 and don't want my appetite to change. So I have specific reasons for eating that much. Unless you do, too (have specific plan tailored.to your personal history and goals) you will likely get a lot of fat gain.

Did you get gyno from steroids and it didn't go away when you came off and had to have surgery?

Here's my meal plan:
Meal 1
6 egg whites
3 whole eggs
1 cup grape nuts
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup orange juices
1 apple
Meal 2
Protein Shake
2 fiber one bars
2 oranges
Meal 3
6 oz cooked chicken breast
1 cup green veggie
12 oz cooked yam
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup blueberries
Meal 4
6 oz sliced turkey deli meat
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 avocado
1 string cheese
1 orange
Meal 5
8 oz sirloin steak
8 oz yams
1 apple
1 cup green veggies
Meal 6
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
20 triscuits
10 almonds
Meal 7 / post and pre workout shake
1 protein shake before workout
1 protein shake after
W/ 1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
All that is 4750 calories and 380 grams protein.

no offense bro and more exp guys know much better than i....but...you still have some shit food choices in your diet.lots of added sodium too imo
edit* i should say most of your diet looks decent choice wise,just a few things id personally weed out.
