    Question research kit for fina conversion

    Has anyone ever had problems getting their kits from researchkit.c**? If you have gotten them from there before how long did it take for it to come in? I ordered a kit on 05-06-03 and its still not here.

    email them. They are really fast when i have used them.

    I dont care for their packaging at all.

    i ordered a couple of kits from them on 5-9-03, and im still waiting also. i wonder whats up. last time i ordered kits from gp it got here in 2 days.

    There usually pretty good. Im with BR though, their packaging sucks! My last order one of the vials was broken. But they replaced it with no questions asked. Did u try emailing them at [email protected] ?

    Yes, email them. The shipping guy will look after you.

    It's odd though that it should take that long for your kit. They had mine to me in a week (that's coming into Canada).

    Yeah I ordered mine on 5-13-03 and still have not seen mine. I emailed them and the fuy told me it would be here shortly. Asd close as I live it wouldn't have taken so long if I just drove down there to get it. Still Waiting

    Once I waited a while, but I e-mailed both chem and the shipping guy... and they both sent me out a package so I got double the order. Although their packaging does really bite, I didn't mind double the order, hehe.
