    Ai dose and consuming

    Hey guys I'm starting my cycle soon of prop and var and I'm using adex .25 eod. I just received the adex and was wondering how is the best way to extract it from the bottle and consume it. I will also be using liquid var, am pm dosing. Will it matter if I mix the arimidex with the var?

    Oral syringe. Mix both into one bottle? No. Take your appropriate doses at the same time, maybe in the same syringe? Yes.
