    time to up the dosage?

I am currently on my 3rd test.cycle.the first cycle was test. E 500mg a week. I only ran it for 9 weeks due to a shoulder injury that stopped me from lifting. My second cycle consisted of test. E 500mg a week for 10 weeks stacked with dbol 30mg/day for 4 weeks. I went from 200lbs to 220lbs. I started this cycle at 212lbs and after running test. E at 500mg/week im on week 4 and am at 215lbs. I know everyone is different but at what point do you guys usually up the dosage? Im lifting hard and adding extra food and meals to get the extra calories im going to need to reach my goal of 230lbs. Btw height is 6'2" and bf is around 13% and am using adex .25mg 2x a week

When your current dose quits yielding improvements, then up the dose.

    Really????

OP your test e is just about to kick in, that's the problem with a longer ester, there is no need to up your dose. Then, when your gains stop at 9-12 weeks you just need to quit your cycle.

This only applies if you reach the end of cycle and still no gains. Not in the beginning.

    No need.

OP you just need to be patient. You still have a couple weeks before you start seeing decent results .

Obviously you don't bump us the dose until yours kicks in, which takes time to not only kick in, but also yield results. I up my dose 5-10% per year in order to continue progressing.
