Actually, this is an interesting one. I started wrestling my Senior year in highschool because I was a lazy couch potato ever since I quit martial arts (6 years before Sr year).
I started at 138lbs and ended the season at 116lbs. Since then, I've gained back 17lbs eating 3-4k Calories a day.
I'm growing super slow in mass. I doubt it makes much a difference, but if it helps, I'm Korean. I'm taller than both my parents and nearly all of my relatives and they all weight in the 95-150lb range (none are athletic so muscle mass isn't really included in the weight)
