Who says you have to be under 15?

15% is only a number.
However if you cant get under 15% naturally you clesrly have difficulty with your diet...
Plus, over 15% you increase the risk of side effect.
If you blood pressure are fine and if you arent sensitive to E2 (bloodwork will tell you).
And if ou clearly know how to eat and train...
Then even at 20% you can cycle...
However these circumstance are very rare... And someone who feels the need to ask it clearly do not answer to these criteria(no offense intended).
Good luck

Actually had to diet and exercise its not that I am I am about 20 percent but I do die in exercise since I started my cycle and I can notice that I've dropped a few pounds of body fat cause I'm starting to look more lean in and more definition of my shoulders in other areas I was just curious to know exactly why because I've been reading that statute of limitations are don't do it if you're under 25 in you have to be 15 percent or under body fat

If you're very experienced and know exactly how to control your estrogen and other side effects, you can cycle at higher BF. The problem is most do not have the experience and don't know how manage E2, which is considerably difficult to do at high BF. But many have cycled at 20% or whatever and succeeded. Not for a beginner, never. And 3 cycles certainly does not make one an expert. Lots of blood work has to be done and actually understanding the results is crucial.

I have cycled at higher body fat. Maybe 20%. Results aren't as visible, bloat is alot worse and you tend to put on more fat. I did a few month cut, and I am now gaining way better than before. Loosing fat truly is easier than building muscle. IMO I would cut first. In the long run you will be stoked.

Why would you even consider bulking at over 30%? What kind of dirty bulk was it to gain 15lbs in 2 weeks? Other than the 17 beers you had in one night?
Honestly, I think you're an absolute fool for running this cycle. Can you lay out this new cutting diet and include macros and calories?NO SOURCES GIVEN

Pitt, honestly you can do whatever you want of course, no problem. But please, do me a huge favor, especially because you're not getting blood work and you really don't know what going on inside... don't advise others. It's not in everyone's best interest. I don't want anyone thinking this is OK, it's dangerous and irresponsible. But its your choice and I respect it, just respect our members and try not to lead them.

I'm at a bit of a loss tbh. You're unsure of macros but kind of know your calories, which are too low by the way. You should have had this mapped out 2 months ago buddy.NO SOURCES GIVEN

When you have a high bf % it increases the conversion factor of testosterone to estrogen, this will increase the sides related to high estrogen. You can also be more likely to higher water retention sides and increased BP when you have a higher BF %. Fat cell receptors have more of an affinity to aromatising so if you have more fat cells than you have more of a chance estrogen related sides.
