Best Non Hormonal Supplement
Alright guys, so I am 18 and have researched a lot about steroids and pro hormones and I really don't think those would be the best option for someone my age. I'm looking for a supplement that works like a steroid without all the bad effects and without the testosterone boosters. I am looking into P-Slin and Ecdysterone supplements (maybe stacking them???) I'm looking to build lots of muscle and put on mass, (I am already taking protein powder)
So I wanted to know what you guys had in mind.
thanks

Your looking for something that doesn't exist. At 18 years old, you have more than enough testosterone in your system to gain lots mass without the help of AAS. Food is your best friend at that age, don't underestimate it!

The most important thing you can do is establish a habit involving a healthy diet and a rigorous work out routine. The habit will serve you well in your later years. Don't try and find the magic super supplement because you will just get frustrated. Food has what you need at your age.

Your 19 years old, so whether we can trust the study or not is not the important factor here. You have more than enough testosterone in your body right now naturally. Proper diet and training is key. You don't need anything else.

Post your diet in the nutrition section, and be 100% honest. If they say your diet is in check then I would recommend seeing a doc and getting blood work done. That would be the best place to start.
