First cycle advice: Test E only
Hello, after reading this and other forums I'm going to start with caution and try 1 compound every time.
So im starting with test E only, 10 weeks.
While on cycle:
Test Enanthate 500mg per week
Nolvadex 20mg ED (20mg or 10mg?? every day or EOD?)
PCT, 2 weeks after last injection:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
What do you think of dosages?
Edit: forgot to ask, being test only, do you see HCG a must? From 1 to 10 (being 1 the "nah its fine" and 10 the "GET SOME HCG RIGHT NOW") how would you score the need of HCG for this cycle?Last edited by lui; 06-22-2013 at 08:00 AM.

179cm height
70kg with pretty low bodyfat, didnt measure it but i always have low
Almost 6 years of natural training, sometimes 5 days a week, sometimes 3 or 4... That is with no interruptions (besides a minor surgery) and some rest weeks from time to time.
Goals: Learning to cycle, learning how my body reacts, decent gains (im realistic, i know theres more potent stuff)

1. 500mg per week should be split into two 250mg doses and injected every 3.5 days.
2. Replace Nolva on cycle with Arimidex and dose at 0.25 EOD until the day before PCT.
3. Run hCG , yes it's important to maintain testicular function, prevent atrophy and speed up recovery. 250iu twice weekly.
4. PCT adjustment: Nolva @ 40/20/20/20 & Clomid @ 75/50/50/50
5. Run this cycle for 12 weeks.
Remember, the most dominant mistake that sets everyone up to fail is the lack of a great nutritional plan. Be sure to spend plenty of time in our nutrition forum prior to cycling. Let our experienced professionals guide you and critique your diet plan so that you can maximize your results. It's very possible and very common that folks do not gain a single pound because they expend more than they intake.
Best of luck to you.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Can you post a pic lui?
I know Austinite deals in lbs not kg and 70kg (154 lbs) at about 5'11 indicates to me that you have ALOT of natural growing to do before you should consider AAS. Steroids will not make up for a poor diet and any gains you may make will likely be losses upon cessation of your cycle.NO SOURCES GIVEN

179 centemeters
there's 2.54 cm in an inch.
179 / 2.54 = 70.47 inches.
70.47 inches / 12 (a foot) = 5.8 feet tall.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

You are correct in a way. It's 5.87 feet. But that .87 needs converting to inches from a fraction.
