Low Estrogen, Bloated Symptoms = Normal?

    Hi

I'm running C bino's gyno reversal with Letrozole from the board sponsor and Raloxifene from a prescription but, I noticed that I'm quite bloated despite a relatively clean diet, training and waiter intake. I'm experiencing some of the side effects of low estrogen such as; achy joints, no sex drive, tiredness, slight feelings of the blues. The bloated thing has me off though, I thought when low levels of estrogen are in a males body, you won't hold water and will have a more defined look. Not that I'm concerned with that in the long run, but it makes me think something is fishy about my Letro.

Having BW done tomorrow, will have results by Tuesday.

If anyone knows some info about this, please shed some light on the matter.

    Thank you in advance.

    Binakaveru-

I don't know where my DHT is at, I've never had that tested before. I have felt slightly impulsive/ and definitely irritable, but what about the bloated feeling? I thought this was supposed to zap me of my water weight.... I'll look at your article this evening.

i believe that since your bloodwork showed lowish estro, that proves that your letro can't be fake. which also means, that whatever bloating you may be feeling is not due to high estro. it could be due to other reasons, one possibility is the side effects of ralox.

That previous bloodwork was slightly skewed, I was taking adex and switched to letro one day prior to blood test. I just had bloodwork today and will have results tomorrow, this should solidify if the letro is bunk or not, and i'm praying it's not...

    Thanks AD for replying...
Bloat is not a side effect of low estrogen though, correct?

Regardless of my e2 levels on cycle I BLOAT like a cow with too many carbs and milk. Could that be contributing? Personally I have never ran letro but like AD said I would probably see where my e2 is at. The. Adjust my dose accordingly or try something different. Good luck bro I will subscribe to keep updated

What's your daily water intake looking like. Also daily sodium intake?
