First cycle
Is dbol the best to start with and of so how much and how often 5-10 160 12 bf

It says you are 34 is that right? also what is your height weight and bf%, Dbol is a bad first cycle I strongly advise you never run a dbol only cycle. The best first cycle for anyone is Test E 500mg a week for 12 weeks split into 2 pins a week 250mg each 3.5 day apart. But that is dependent on your stats what are they?

how long have you been lifting 160 is pretty small it sounds like you still could use alot of work on your diet. I am about 2in shorter than you 60 pounds heavier and the same bf%.

If your diet is crap no cycle will solve that issue

I do concrete work all day and repetitively lift 40-100 pounds. I've been lifting after work and on the weekends for about a year. Very hard to gain for me. My gains are very lean and as u said I'm light for my height so I'm looking to bulk. I eat quite a bit but burn it in my sleep. About 5 pounds lighter in the morning
