First cycle Recommendations *plase help me*

Hello I never did anything before I am looking into doing it. I know the effects/side effects.

    anyways here are my stats and goal;

    Age 24
    height 5'11
    weight 178 LBS
    healthy
been working out for a couple of months

my goal is build muscle mass & cut down in fat, I want the body everyone dreams about. not to big, yet beautiful. beautiful cut abs. nice guns and shoulders.

one of my friend did it and it works like magic, amazingly fast. I asked him but I like multi opinions.

what should my first cycle be? only test? what type of test? how long should the cycle be? dosage?

I am sorry for asking the most common question again on here. but everyone on here has different goals and stats.

please feel free to explain this to me like a new born baby, I can use it.

thank you for your time & hope I get a solid answers.

You shouldn't cycle if you have only been training a few months. You can take huge advantage of newby gains. Also you need to know how to diet and train effectively and to know how your body reacts and there is no way that is possible after lifting for a few months.

Also, you are meant to try and reach your natural limit before jumping on gear because if you jump on gear early it will truncate your possible gains.

Also you should list your body fat percent

Train hard for a solid 4 years adhering to a proper diet (check out the nutrition section). If you were to get on gear now without knowing how treat and train effectively it would just be a waste. Having only just joined the gym you will make crazy gains naturally and jumping on cycle without knowing how to eat wouldn't result in any gains anyway.

    Hello samlemon,

    1. Two months is not enough time training. It takes several years to learn how to train properly.
    2. Your weight is on the lower side compared to your height. You need to build naturally to have a good base.
    3. Spend most of your time in our nutrition section to learn how to grow with food.

Best of luck to you and continue researching.

Remember abs don't come from steroids . They come from diet and cardio. People think steroids make you cut it simply is not true! And size comes from eating. Diet is the biggest key in being fit. A lot of people gain Bodyfat while on steroids because it can make your appetite uncontrollable. Good Luck!

^^^Spot on. Diet and cardio is the key to cut/ripped abs. There's no better substitute.
