    left nipple bloating and soreness 4 months after cycle?????

    I finished a cycle 4 months ago, everything seemed fine

    I went on vacation last week and drank alot and alot and didnt w thisorkout, by the 3rd day out my left nipple and chest seemed like it was filling up with water, and the left nipple seems a little more sore than the right one?

    does anyone know what this could be from I have arimidex , or would letrozole work better for this problem thanks!

    Get blood work done and check your E2 levels. Could be anything.

    Estrogen. You need to get an Estradiol panel or Sensitive E2 assay ordered. Yes, you could develop gynecomastia if it's elevated beyond normal range.

    I would get some blood work done and check your natural hormone profile. TEST/LH/FSH/ESTRADIOL etc....

    What cycle did you run? PCT protocol? And how long was cycle and pct?
