    Early gyno advice

My cycle: 500 mg testosterone enanthate per week
AI: Arimidex 0.25 mg EOD since week 1
HCG : 1000 iu per week, since week 1

I am actually beginning my PCT today (it's been 2 weeks since last injection). The thing is, I noticed a lump behind my left nipple about a week ago, but I've been feeling my chest constantly to look for gyno and randomly while lying down with my left arm up, I could feel a lump behind the left nipple. It can't be felt with my arms in normal stand position so I'm actually not sure when I got it exactly. Anyway, I immediately started upping my Adex to 0.5 MG ED for the last week or so before PCT, and also began early on Nolvadex at 40 mg ED.

Should I just run the Nolvadex/Clomid PCT and see if it works itself out or would it be a good idea to use an AI while on PCT too?

That can be tricky. You could just have a swollen gland. If you are really unsure you should have a doctor check it out for you because you don't want to mess with it. There is alot of good info in the Pct section on how to deal with gyno (Everything you need to know about Gyno and how to deal with it). I have followed the Letro protocol listed in that thread and had great success with it. Some say Letro is extremely harsh but I was at the end of my cycle starting Pct and needed to address it. Looks like your Hcg was on the high side s/b 250 ius twice a week.

I would leave out ai but run tamox an additional 2 weeks in your pct at 20mg/day

Did you run letro during PCT? Did that work out well for you?

That was pretty much my plan mate, thanks. Will try that, though for the week I been taking Nolvadex now, I haven't seen any size change to the lump. How long can it take to get rid of a lump?

Studies usually last 6 months but after a few weeks you should see improvement unless it is a fiberous mass - then it needs to be cut out. Not trying to scare you...just saying. In my experience after 8 weeks or so it is very possible it would be gone.

The lump has actually reduced in size drastically, this is after a about 9 days using SERMs (I just started PCT yesterday of tamoxifen /clomiphene)!

well, maybe not drastically, but it definitely seems less aggressive now

Yes, it worked out well for me. Actually started it one week prior to Pct. I was pretty drained/tired by the end of the letro protocol but it worked. You might want to try what Jimmyinkedup has suggested as an alternative which probably won't beat you up like letro will.
