    18 weeks bulk into cut cycle advice!!!

    Hi guys,

    This is will be my 5th cycle I'm 24 years old lifting 6 years 10% bf 78kg 5'7. Started lifting at 18 48kg 15% bf. my cycles have involved sus test e test p tren a masteron prop and a deca and iv used dbol and clen .( not all in same cycle if course)
    I'm planing on doin a cycle over 18 weeks I wanna bulk and cut for a comp. iv just come of 3 month break due to injury, so needa make up ground.

    Any advice on what I should use and how would be greatly appreciated, I know how all my stuff works ect. But not sure as how to mix it for this, that's why I'm asking so no negative comments are needed please.

    I was thinking along lines of this:
    Bulk:
    Week 1-12 test c or e 500mg a week
    Week 1-18 eq 400mg (for appitite and cardio only during both bulk and cut)
    Week 1-12 deca 3-400mg (stop pining week 10)
    Week 12-18 tren a 100mg eod
    Week 12-18 masteron prop 100 mg eod
    Week 14-18 anavar tabs 15mg ed (as there just sitting here with no use and half bottle empty)
    Week 12-14 than 16-18 clen.
    Week 1-18 adex 1 ml a day
    I have a good supply cheap so money wasting is not a issue.

    Bro you should learn how to eat before you run a cycle again. 5th cycle and only 78kg. Your diet are something wrong.

    Bro iv been out injured for 3 months I was 82 I think a 34kg gain in the 4 cycles iv done is a decent effort even at 78kg after break and 5'7 is decent 30kg 7.5kg of muscle each cycle. But ay you'd do better wouldn't ya Arnold lol

    I have never done a cycle yet. From 5' 7" 55kg to right now 77kg with 11%bf. Nutrtion are king. Thats just me.

    U running deca and eq same time? I had a similar thought...but only read its a waste?? Have u read the slingshot stickey? It seems cool?? I don't fully understand it tho lol! U could use bulking compounds first...deload...then use more cutting hardening compounds?

    Man, if you absolutely have to cycle, Jesus Christ, make it simpler, there is no need for so many compounds. And even if you do cycle, if your diet isn't on point you'll be very disappointed. And it doesn't sound like you're in any shape to compete if you aren't having your diet critiqued as well, I'm not trying to be an ass, but this isn't a great idea. Best of luck to you though!

    So after 4 cycles you were 180.4 lbs. so you were 114 lbs when you started? Am I converting this right? And you are 5ft 7in? And you have done 4 cycles and your 23 yrs old. If so you could have done that natty with a little desire and dedication. Your asking for cycle advise you need nutritional advise.

    Diet is way off, get nutrition straight for a few years and then try again... Good Luck!

    Yes and no Both my parents are under 5'5 and 48kg I'm by far biggest in my family period and pretty well was. My diets spot on il give you a run dwn.

    Meal 1 1.5 cup oats 6 egg whites 2 whole with low fat cheese
    Meal 2 chicken breast and 1 cup rice
    Meal 3 vartigo 50g carbs 30 gram protein shake pre work out
    Meal 4 vartigo 50g carbs 30 protein post work out
    Meal 5 steak and past
    Meal 6 tuna broccoli
    Meal 7 Greek yoghurt rice crackers with natural peanut butter
    Meal 8 casien night time protein shake and cottage cheese Hal a cup

    Here was me shortly prior injury winning ifbb title in Australia if you feel I dnt look as good as you like that's your opinion

    No I had 2 bulk cycles and 2 cut cycles under my belt only pre contest cuts and bulks where a long while before

    You look good, you definitely need some more advance advice. Sorry for being crappy but you get a lot of punks on here that don't want to eat right and just want to take steroids ! Good luck!!!

    Hey big swol iv heard that its a waste as growing goes but I want the deca for growth and boldenone for appetite as I heard itl still work for than but not sure. I havnt read but il have a read of it and see. And yes that may be a better idea deloading first. Thanks for your input

    Yea I understand you as iv only ever done a bulk or cut seperate that's why I'm here asking advice. Any suggestions??? I mainly changing it up abit so the tren ect. Is at full effect comp time if ya know what I mean?

    I have only ran deca and tren separately... I am not competing, it has got to be a totally different ball game.
