New and need help!
Hey guys/gals I've worked out before but never to an extreme where I used extreme supplements. Used the normal pre-workout, protein shakes, post workout and such. My cousins and stuff do this for pretty much a living back home and wanted to try it out. Can't really ask them for advice for they wouldn't be too happy and most likely not help me so I've decided to go with forums as they look more helpful and supportive. I've already bought Anadrol and want to know how to start using it. I know there are many threads helping out with this specific situation but everyone's is different. I'm 24 weighing in at 200 lbs 5'11. I would like to know when to take them with what and stuff like that. Any information would help me out. Thank you!

3:I recommend test E, for a first cycle when you're diet & training is in check.
4:What's your bf%?

Welcome,
1. What is your body fat percentage?
2. Never buy anything you know nothing about.
3. Anadrol is not a beginner compounds and is never to be taken alone.
4. Research beginner cycles and propose a full & complete cycle for critique. We do not hand out cycles here.

Good to read what was said before. You need to get educated about bodybuilding and training with any supplements and aas you want to do. Per your short statement about lifting I think you are far from ready. Educate before medicate. You don't get big and muscular by a pill or a shot. ...crazy mike

Wow if only we had these answers when we where all young hey fellow gym rats!!
Back in the day it was a basement with no heating and frost on the barbells.
Females where only seen on bay watch
We all had bad haircuts and no gym dress sense lol
Today the young and restless have money girls everywhere you turn .....heated and air-con gyms
And most of all hair !!
And on top of that great people like your good selves guiding them through the dark side of AAs
The one thing they don't have is patience!!

They'll learn patience when they go against the advice & run a drol only cycle & can't get a stiffy on their own anymore. These kids will learn to listen real quick lol. All we can do is hope they listen haha.

Just wanted to thank everyone for your feedback. I still haven't even popped the seal on the drol. And this was the reason why I wanted to ask around before anything. Last time I checked my body fat percentage is at 20%. Just wanted to get a little kick start because I'm sick and tired of using pre workouts and such.

Good then that you came and asked. Now you know to read and educate yourself before you take a step forward. There are all kinds of info out there and we have the sticky's as you come in. When you learn more , ask and we help you to the next level and on and on, but you must learn and understand what your body does with these compound before you start. good luck ..... crazy mike
