Novice looking for advice from some gurus
Hello, I have never done a cycle before, and I am doing all the research I can right now.
My stats:
Age = 24
Weight = 155lbs
Height = 6'3"
Body fat = 6/7%
I am a typical bean-pole. I workout regularly; I lift every day, run every day, stretch frequently. All in all I'm in fairly good shape. I supplement my diet with muscle milk or Ensure muscle (since I have such a fast metabolism).
I am looking at the following "Starter Cycle":
Wk 1 500mg Test-E 25mg Dianabol (Every Day)
Wk 2 500mg Test-E 25mg Dianabol (Every Day)
Wk 3 500mg Test-E 25mg Dianabol (Every Day)
Wk 4 500mg Test-E 25mg Dianabol (Every Day)
Wk 5 500mg Test-E 25mg Dianabol (Every Day)
Wk 6 500mg Test-E 25mg Dianabol (Every Day)
Wk 7 500mg Test-E
Wk 8 500mg Test-E
Wk 9 500mg Test-E
Wk 10 500mg Test-E
Wk 11 500mg Test-E
Wk 12 500mg Test-E
Wk 13 *********************TIME TO ALLOW TEST-E TO LEAVE THE BODY*************************
Wk 14 *********************TIME TO ALLOW TEST-E TO LEAVE THE BODY*************************
Wk 15 40mg Nolvadex (Every Day)
Wk 16 40mg Nolvadex (Every Day)
Wk 17 20mg Nolvadex (Every Day)
In addition, I am looking to try HGH at 2.0 - 2.5iu. Every day, for 6 months.
Some things I want you all to consider:
1. Do you guys have a preference with Test-E vs Test-C
2. ***woops***
3. I'm by no means looking to go overboard. I want to keep things at a safe level and make sure I stay healthy throughout the process. Keep that in mind with your recommendations.
Based on all of that, what are your thoughts? Have I done enough research, and are these levels relatively appropriate? Any help on these questions would be greatly appreciated.
cheers!

Welcome, Tuckrr.
I'll be honest with you, Tuckrr. You have no frame/foundation to build on. At your height to weight ratio, cycling is a surefire way to seek injury. It's in your best interest to visit the nutrition section for help with your diet. Even if you cycle now, without fixing your diet, you'll never grow. COntrary to popular belief, steroids just don't work like that.
Bst of luck to you.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I'd post up your diet in the nutritional section. It doesn't sound like your eating enough.

Also, if you don't have a source already. No ones going to give you one. It's against the rules

Firstly, please edit your post, this is not a source board you can't ask those questions.
Secondly, stop running every day.
Thirdly, visit our nutrition forum I suspect your diet needs an awful lot of work but we can help you with that. Post your current weight gain diet for critique.
Fourth, visit our workout section and have your lifting plan analysed.
Lastly, please forget any idea that AAS are the answer, you are a million miles away from even considering them.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Absolutely, Tuckrr. You just need your diet evaluated by an experienced professional. I understand that when faced with diet, it's difficult to understand that it could actually make a difference. But I can tell you from experience, diet is what makes or breaks goals. Steroids merely amplify the effects of your diet. So if you're unable to grow (due to diet issues), steroids will just make you stronger, they won't add muscle magically. They need to be fed, and fed good.
If you visit the nutrition section, post your current diet and allow the pros to critique it, I promise you that you'll begin to see results in no time.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

oops, guess I missed that rule.
I eat a good bit:
around 3,000 - 3,500 calories per day. Well over 1g/1lb of protein per day

You jut need FOOD. Obviously you want to eat clean. Post up your diet up in the nutritional section an they will help you out. If your diet isn't in check. Your no going to see the results that you want and what ever results you get. You will loose without the proper diet

Best thing you could do is find a grocery store ASAP. You don't need steroids , you need food. At 6'3 and 155lbs, you don't have any muscle at all. I was skinny like you before, so I won't sugar coat it to spare your feelings. I don't think you notice it, but you probably look like you're dying of cancer, you're that skinny. Food is the only thing that's going to fix that
Not knowing who you are and how old you are, but steroids are for people that already have a solid foundation. They've spent years growing naturally. What do you think is going to happen if you start taking them?
You think you're going to turn in to The Hulk with a couple shots? You don't don't know how to eat, and I'm willing to bet you don't even know how to train. Steroids are not some magic pill that turns you in to a beast automatically.
A good physique takes YEARS and YEARS to build. It takes dedication and hard work. If you're willing to put that in, then take the advice we gave you here. Go in to the diet section, post your current diet and ask people for pointers to build you a successful meal plan to help you make your goals. Post your training method in the training section and let them help you develop a winning strategy.
If you get a good diet and training method, you'll put quite a few newbie pounds in a short amount of time naturally.
Also get a notebook and start a journal. Write down things like your diet in it, how you train. How you're feeling that day etc. It will help you find the things in your life/training/diet that help you and the things that hurt you.

I can shred on 3500 and i don't have an abnormal thyroid or anything. some people just process food differently, I guess. Just up your calories until you are steadily gaining weight

I agree with otherws, eat, eat eat. One note is that you must do this 7 days a week. I think many people are dedicated 5 or 6 days a week, then take a day of, and dont make progress. This was my problem for a while, once I got it tada, started making progress!!

Not to be a Jerk but I don’t get why so many people want to cycle when they are so far away from their peak. It’s not Magic and you running this will only make you sad from how little it does for you. If you are taller than 3 apples high and have a set of balls, There is zero reason you can’t naturally be over 200 pounds with a low bf%. It’s all in your diet and yours clearly sucks bad. I get it you have a fast metabolism does not matter eater bigger more often cleaner you will grow you don’t want to put in the real work it takes. This cycle will not fix you. If you want to be something go be it, this magic trick won’t work. Learn how to eat properly you will finally be happy with your appearance if you do.

Op you I'm sure have heard the expression eat big to get big, do it
You're caloric intake ATM is obviously not enough if you're not gaining, so increase it!
Bulking is not an easy task you must eat and eat and eat and you probably don't want to warrant anymore but you have to keep on eating.
I always highly advise guys to actually log all there food in myfitnesspal or a similar program. If you havnt been doing that I guarantee you arnt eating as much as you think.
If you can't gain quality muscle naturally then you won't get good results from gear either. It's not a magic bullet. Be patient take a hard look at your nutrition and hold off on gear.
O , stop running. That's shuts bad for you

honestly imho with his hight and weight considered id say don't try to eat as clean as everyone preaches...you can afford to get some not so clean dense calories like eating at taco bell or mcd's or whatever you like just don't go overboard...but eating strictly clean will make it very hard to get in your daily caloric goals....good luck op...
