    Starting first cycle today

    This is my first cycle to ever take. This is the plan.

    10mg 2x a day of Balkan Dbol
    250mg weekly of GenShi Test E
    2 to 4 weeks in, 10mg eod Nolvadex then 20mg ed after cycle ends.

    I will post results as the cycle goes on. Am I in the right forum for this?

    Good luck man this cycle is bad what is with that Nolva hahaha hope it works out for you.

    Age?, Weight? BF%?, Years of training?

    Nolva should be used as a pct not an AI
    Add an AI
    Test dose is low as is the dbol IMO

    I have been recovering from a rotator cuff injury for a pretty long time, I have been getting back to training recently. I'm 25, 6'2, 170lbs. Don't know my body fat %. I am doing one cycle fairly low dosage to see how my body reacts to it and see if it is something I might be interested in. I would like to gain about 10lbs of muscle after it's all done. Kinda kickstart my new permanent workout routine.

    It doesn't work that way. At 6-2 @ 170 lbs you need more time learning to eat more and train hard. I hope you haven't started this. You will gain 10 lbs of water then loose it when your dbol end then the rest if any when the cycle ends right back where you started. Learn to eat and lift first. That's how it works.
