I like cortisone with a blast of dex 4mg for 10 days in my right should and right elbow. Works for a few months. Adding Deca soon to see what happens. I also find swimming helps me a lot. Never tried Tren for tendonosis.

I'm on Prednisone for Osteoarthritis, but it has nothing to do with this. I was talking to my new training partner and he tells me he has the tendonitis and when he does a Tren cycle it clears. When he stops it comes back. I never heard of this nor can I put together why it would. I've witnessed two of his cycles and he's made great gains.
This guy gave me my Tren gear for my first Tren cycle. It was good gear, I know, I did it. I can't figure how or why, but he's got no reason to lie. So I thought I would ask.

For some reason I've been training heavy and hard with him and my problem has lightened a bit. ...crazy mike
