Get Raloxifene instead, 60mg ed till it's gone. It's much more powerful than Tamox and wont make you hate your life like letro will.

probably no need to go above 40mg on the tamox. gyno reversal takes time. more is not always better.

    Thanks for the replies guys.

I already got tamox and letro. I need proper dosage advice so as in dextermorgan words "It doesn't make me hate my life."

AD I read people having success with a gram tamox a day. I started out 60 mg. still nothing.

I am already couple of years into this gyno.

I personally have not heard of 1gm of tamox. Do you mean 100mg? Thats not 1gm. And i've never heard of 100mg of tamox either.

Tamox is originally used to treat women with breast cancer. And they use between 20-40mg only.

But the reason why its not working may be that your gyno is too old. The longer you had the gyno, the more difficult it is to treat. You can give it more time, but i personally wont go above 40mg.

Several others have suggested you use ralox. Thats because its more effective than tamox. If you can get it, you should consider switching.

Jimmyinkedup's research shows that the best course of treatment for gyno is 60 mg daily of raloxifene alone. This may take months. If after 6 months I would look at surgical options.

I had very minor gyno and I'm finishing up treating it. 2.5mg daily on Letro. 40mg daily on nolva. I wanna say I'm a bit past 2 weeks and its almost gone, small to start with though, caught it early.

I would recommend Ralox over Letro though. Seems to be the general consensus here and that much Letro and I am VERY lethargic. It's a struggle to get out of bed and lift every day

I read 2.5 letro for 2-4weeks works great. Since I already have 2.5mgx30. I'd like to give it go.

My question is should I taper down tamox from 60mg each week ALONG WITH 2.5mg letro. Or should I just stop taking Tamox or stack it with letro.

Taper up Letro isn't needed but I would on the way down to minimize estrogen rebound.
Nolva you're taking more than needed already. 40mg daily is the too of what you'll need for just about anything.

Also, run the nolva (tamox) at least a week after the Letro is done

    Thanks.

    Here's what I am thinking.

    Today Tamox 60mg.
    Tomorrow Tamox 40mg
the following day Tamox 20mg, Then
    Day 1 - 2.5mg Letro + Tamox 20mg
    Day 2 - 2.5mg Letro + Tamox 20mg
    Day 3 - 2.5mg Letro

    until the gyno is gone

After that, I plan on tapering down Letro from 2.5 to 1.25 approx (half Caps) for two weeks.
Last week. I will add tamox 20mg. and cycle tamox another 1 week.

    so it will be

    Week x - letro 1.25
    week y - letro 1.25 + tamox 20mg
    week z - tamox 20mg

    End

    Will this be safe?

Wait till you start letro, you'll see what I'm talking about. Your estrogen will be crushed. Letro is the old method. There are better ways available today. Ralox is your best option.

One week on tamox (cytotam 20) and letro (letroz 2.5)

    No change whatsoever.
No sign of side effects either.

1 week? It takes months. 3... Up to 9 months or more in some cases.

If you drop anything, I would drop the Letro.

Another week went by cruising on 2.5 mg (Letroz) generic letrozol.

I feel nothing. No effect. No side effect.

Should I exchange the generic tab or up the dosage to 5mg a day?

Letro sucks for this. Up tamox to 40mg/day and stop with the nonsense.

Okay so I am on 2.5 weeks on letro 2.5. And I have started to see slight changes. Like puffy nipples are infrequent now. Mild knee and elbow (or it could be in my head).

The major bad effect that i am seeing is the Bald spot in the crown area of my head. Went to the doctors and he prescribed me. Fin and minox. But I don't want this long term commitment. Is there anything else I can try? Heard segals solutions works.

    Thank you.

Did you mean mild pain in your knees and elbows? if so, it's not in your head, that's what happens when estro is crushed.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah. I guess its working then. Should I stop doing tricep workouts, like extension, skull crushers. Or push myself. Elbow hurt like hell when doing those. And what can I do about my hair problem.

I keep reading where people are doing letro with Raloxifene or with tamox.....why and I realize this is a bad idea most likely. But dose it help? Like I said, I'm sure it's a bad idea. But I'm curious if dosing several things would help. I'm sure it crashes everything, which is why I won't be doing it regardless. One at a time is all I can see myself doing. I just simply wonder how one dosent counteract with the other and if it dose or dosent dose it speed up or slow down or not work at all?

Letro is garbage. Garbage as an AI, garbage as a gyno reversal drug. Garbage all around. It's an AI. The most powerful AI available to date. Crushing your E2 levels with these ABSURD doses that people use today is just mind boggling and entirely ill informed. You'll be rendered useless with no estrogen in your system. No one should ever use this drug beyond 50 micrograms per dose, ever. These milligram doses are out of this world.

I've used letro for months at 2.5 per day... And nothing. Also as I've read you and others say its a terrible solution for gyno. I'm a believer. I'm just curious about the others, and if Raloxifene works so well why dose it with others?

2.5 mg per day, is absolutely, 100% impossible to maintain ANY level of estradiol. your Letro was bunk or underdosed tremendously.

Interesting. Possibly. It came from ar-r . I've only heard good things about them though. I'm planning on ordering the Raloxifene from them as well. Hopefully it goes better

I gotmine from the local pharma So got to be the real thing. (Pills).

It is said that tamox and letro shouldnt be used together. As they both interfere with eachother.

I am doing it because only letro didnt work for me. (Not even slightly). So thought id give this a go.

If after 2 weeks on these i dont see a change i might move to ralox and tamox.

You should have used Ralox in the 1st place.
I don't see how a human being can possibly use letro 2.5mg ed off cycle and not have any problems. Ar-r 's letro is legit by the way.
SERM treatment is a very long process, you need to be more patient. it could take months for any noticeable differences.
